Turning a negative call to a positive outcome
A typical day at work is full of energy very vibrant. We have war cries to get the blood flowing. We have a good Friendly relationship between co workers. I enjoy the victory of changing a client's mindset. One of the most challenging thing to do is have a client who calls in angry and wanting to cancel. Knowing you have to take in all that negative energy and turn it into positive energy. Which will result in a good call BSkyB

Excellence learning curve
Work start at 8 . You one the phone the whole day trying to reach me target . U also Try ng to get weekly incentives as well . Fun young out going environment people want to know you . They work hard towards achieving your dream goals . You learn to have patient with people on phone sometimes you have to bite your tongue with clients just be humble when they complain. I've learnt to think on my feet at right times to get the right outcomes. I enjoyed the company functions . Is to keep calm when alot going on in that environment

Work experience
A typical day for me starts with checking up on my subordinates, making sure that they are comfortable with the tasks given to them. I then start with my daily duties being month end reports/ budgets/ reconciliations depending on the time of the month or the time of the year. I have a good working relationship with the team I work with and with other stakeholders in the company- The internal auditors, finance managers and external auditors too. From the role I learned the importance of effective leadership, prioritisation and hard work too. I enjoy my work at large since I am a manager of a function that is the biggest experience in our income statement (Payroll). The most challenging part is staying up to date with changes in company policies that might have effect on employee benefits .

Great experience with different people at different levels across different industries
I have been in sales for over 20 years mostly in the technical side. I have sold to mines, factories, construction sites and retail chain stores. I am highly self motivated and goal driven !

Is the best company to work for, however it's stressful.. lots of fun and there live with their values, like human .. come to the dress code it's funny you can wear what ever you like of course something that makes you comfortable

Great company
I love working in the sales environment. Outsurance does also allow me to push myself to my maximum and has healthy competition between co-workers. However, there is not much room for growth or to even move departments for a higher earning potential which is currently what I am looking for.

Great learning opportunity. Eye openerr
Its a good company just yo far for me to travel. Stressful environment but great colleagues. Not for the faint hearted. Work shifts, and weekends and holidays. Early mornings late nights.

Unexpected changes
Service Consultants also upselling on existing clients short term products that they dont have and also making sure we also try to the the clients profile with regards to their insurance policy with us.Peace of mind insurance

Cons: Commission structure its PBS (Performance Based Salary) doesn't have understandable expectations
