Greatest experience of my life.
Outsurance is the best company I have ever had to work for. I would refer anyone to them, anyday. I love working at Outsurance, the opportunities are endless. It's constantly growing and nurtures its own staff before taking in external employees.

Quick learner that is self driven and motivTed for sucess
Evermornig i would typically review our performance and draft a pla of action to improve on yesterday's performance. Tmy morning is about imrpving yesterday and looking for gaps with in they way we do thing's. in

Is the best company to work for, however it's stressful.. lots of fun and there live with their values, like human .. come to the dress code it's funny you can wear what ever you like of course something that makes you comfortable

Great company
I love working in the sales environment. Outsurance does also allow me to push myself to my maximum and has healthy competition between co-workers. However, there is not much room for growth or to even move departments for a higher earning potential which is currently what I am looking for.

Unexpected changes
Service Consultants also upselling on existing clients short term products that they dont have and also making sure we also try to the the clients profile with regards to their insurance policy with us.Peace of mind insurance

Cons: Commission structure its PBS (Performance Based Salary) doesn't have understandable expectations

Excellent learning curve
My days at work are always good. Never a dull moment at work. If felt like going home when I went to work. My relationship with my co workers is great. They are very supportive and carrying. Even when we faced the bad days we always found ways to turn them into positive days. I ve learnt alot at the company, especially when comes to customer service, assessing, the administration and more.
