I am an IT Infrastructure And Architecture Manager with over 15 years of professional experience in I.T operations with Blue Chip organizations. I provide technical leadership and I support the delivery of infrastructure solutions. Excellent learning curve got to meet different type of people
As a care worker I am suppose to make beds and wash patients that needed to be assisted in bathing, also worked at the nursery bathing babies and feeding them,besides that I would help the receptionist with paper work and computer stuff,I got to do stock taking helping the pharmacy I learnt to deal with different type of characters or people and understanding them.
Pros: Every month I would get a voucher to spend at the mall for being the best employee and being available every time they needed me
Cons: They were long 12 hours but you can't feel them if you are busy

Medical receptionist with lots of extensive experience determined and adaptable, hard worker.
We a very busy department and for you to be at peace with your colleagues. What I have learnt is patience makes perfect and easy to go an extra mile. The most challenging aspects is when you get sworn at by a desperate patient or family members that don't have the authority to be admitted and want you to force situation even though they know their medical aid has exclusions.
Pros: medical receptionist or clerical
Cons: 40-42 hrs a week

Excellent learning experience in terms of dealing with clients and large amounts of data
A good company where you interact with new people directly or indirectly .On any communication they emphasize their behavioral values because you meet with and deal with different kinds of people. A day at work can start as early as 5 am and you find a system that has logs from different users to be helped with their queries , and on top you have your own projects that must be done from your team .hours are flexibly so by 13:30 you are out if you were in at 5: am . I have learn learnt the importance of client satisfaction and if the client is happy that brings most joy in me . the most challenging part of this job is on months ends , where you get lets 20 new reports logs from different managers and you must also do your projects from the team. So prioritization is the key and multitasking because month end reports are the most important for the hospital managers and they must be accurate for them to make decisions on the monthly running's of the hospital.
Pros: No its just to grow your technical experience
Cons: regular hour are 8.5 and further more is up to the employee (not payed for)or given in times where its needed (payed )

I work a big company , and busy department,
I've really enjoyed to work at the health company, I've gain a lot of experience, I'm an easy going person don't get angry easy, always have a smile, I have a good relationship ship with my co workers even my manager, I've leant a lot, that, you don't get your self involve on a office gossip, always do your job, I enjoy going out a lot, travelling, the most challenging aspect is our dead line, when we have to do 400 recons in 4 days, but I always do what my manager aspect me to do. regards

Working under pressure and completing my task given for the day
I am a very self-motivated person, I am creative and always go out to reach my goals, I am always positive to face new challenges and I am also very well organized and matured. I will be very beneficiary in your company without any doubts.
Pros: Studying and Improving my skills all the time is my way of getting up to the top
Cons: I always make sure that all is done before i knock off.

Looking for opportunities for growth and opportunities to move my family forward
Motivation comes from the self and that is in me. I believe in balance and have reached a point where my career, family life, health and myself are aligned almost always. I'm looking for opportunities for growth and development and believe that my skills, knowledge and expertise as well as a healthy dose of curiosity is what keeps me engaged and interested. It may sound like a cliché for someone looking for new opportunities, that I love waking up to go to work on a Monday morning, but it is the truth for me. I am simply engaged and an active participant in my life, all aspects of it. I do enjoy a challenge, where there are solutions not fruitless time wasted.

Fast passed high risk
credit controll in hospital with clients who don't realy want to be in hospital, then needs to settle outstanding amounts or pay privately, generates alot of complaints to be dealt with. Huge age book with 3 credit controllers reaching targets of R40 Mil + a month. Extreme attention to detail and work ethic.
Pros: medical aid, pension and Provident fund
Cons: No growth oppertunities

Due to centralization of the company i seek alternative job oppurtunities
i like to work normal work hours, but are flexable to work overtime when expected from me. I have learnt a lot of experience in my field of credit controller at the Netcare hospital to be patient, honest and treat other with dignity. I am faithful to my employers and will always do what is expected of me in the quickest correct way. what I like the most about my job is to get the satisfaction of solutions, thus being collecting the monies due to the company and solving problems. a challenging aspect of the job I take in my stride to get to the top. I can work in a diverse situation. I am a senior credit controller and have the ability to work as a leader with others.
Pros: I am a hard worker, dedicated and trustworthy.
Cons: Am able to work flexable hours if needed
