I enjoy payroll and have not been in payroll for 8 years as I am currenlty doing only HR functions.

• All HR administration and related duties to ensure compliance to CSA (audit protocols) • Support HR Practitioner/s in terms of general personnel administration (HRSSC) • Compile Employment Contracts and ensure timeous submission to HRIP’s and Team Leaders • Medical Aid/ Retirement Fund/UIF and IOD queries • Disability (Ill-Health applications and correspondence) • Staff loans (study/home loans) • Co-ordinate the approval for filling of positions and attend to the advertising of approved vacancies • Co-ordinate recruitment and termination documentation – co-ordinate and submit to HRSSC • Co-ordinate the administration of leave • Typing of all relevant documents including letters to unsuccessful candidates, appointment letters, response letters to external parties, etc. • Filing of documentation in personal files • Assist with IR issues • Participation in HR Projects • Co – ordination of Orientation • Staff night visits

Pros: New venture, wanting to go back into payroll.
Cons: Nothing.

Its was a good experience for me.

I started working at netcare when i just finish school since then i have gain a huge amount of experience.i work with alot of very ill people i enjoy helping whenever we do a heart transplant normaly cause its a very big procedure an every hand is needed to save a life.you get to see lots of things in theatre an most people dont have the same stomach for it,it takes a while till u get use to things.i have build alot of wonderful relationships during my time at christiaan barnard an im very greatful for what i have learnt over the years.

Pros: great experient for young employees
Cons: long working hours

Excellent

Typical day, I check for any GRVd invoices and verify them - reconcile accounts for payments, send remittances and proof of payments, sort out queries. My relationship with co-workers is strictly professional. I have learnt a lot about Creditors and gained experience working in Best Sap application. I enjoy working and interacting with suppliers on a daily basis - customer services. The most challenging part is reconciling 300 accounts in 5 days.

Pros: Salary increase
Cons: Long working hours

Opportunity for growth, Learning opportunities, challenges, setting targets and meeting them

Good working relationships with fellow employees and subordinates was created and natured as a results company mandate was always achieved . Like working under pressure whenever set targets have to be achieved at all cost without comprising the quality of work. I enjoy learning new things as well as the challenge that comes with the nature of work that i did. The most three things that matter s most in my line work is quality, time cost, meeting customer requirements both internally and externally, achieving due date, achieving KPI's set by the stakeholders and the company.

Application for the post of Stock controller I was very interested to read about the Stock Controller vacancy upon reading the job description you have posted ,I am certain I would be the perfect fit for the position at hand.. I have a good range of office experience, including secretarial work, reception, spreadsheets and setting up and maintaining databases. I have also arranged meetings, dealt with invoices and stock control . I work confidently and efficiently with the Microsoft Office software suite, e-mail,and intranet systems. Studying for a PMD specialising in health

-clinical pharmacy. - spear heading medicines safety -spearhead the antibiotic stewardship programme. -do ward rounds with doctors when available. -manage the s6 medications. -drug supply chain management. -tutoring and training of nurses, pharmacy personel. -liaison with doctors, nurses and pharmacy for best pharmacy services for patients benefit.

Pros: good communication skiil ad leadership skills.
Cons: long hours approximately 10hours a day.

The experience

The experience I got is in middle management where I became a shift leader managing my own shift at night. I also had to take on the task as teaching on the spot because we deal with agency staff that don't always know our unit policies etc....

Pros: I get a salary
Cons: Long working hours and sometimes dufficult circumstances with no gratitude
