Its an excellent learning curve
Its an excellent learning curve. I get to meet and interact with new people everyday. I learnt a lot of skills while working at Medicross and I appreciate the chance given to me to prove myself but I dont think its a place where you can stay for years because there is no room for growth.

Challenging and rewarding
My work revolves around managing the admin and operations on campus. I am, however, detached from the academic aspect which I would love to get back into.

Excellent professional enviromoent to grow
Professional enviroment values and principles are valued ,a team ,was acknowledges with an early bird certificate for arriving early at work ,high pressure environment with targets ,co-workers have a matual respect for each other ,you are not micro managed

Goog learning institution
There are lot of oportunities to grow professionally and l leant to work independently, the most challenging aspect is long hours of work and facing traumatised patients every day.

Excellent learning curve
Its a nice working environment and a place where every being feels respected and valuable. Credit control is a nice but challenging job whereby one must have skills to collect and for customer management.I blend well with my co workers and am a team player.I'm a hard working;ambitious;reliable and easy to adjust person. I believe I would be of great asset to the company

Growth
I work in a hospital enviroment doing civil maintenance from plumbing ,bricklaying ,capentry to painting ,I was previously working in a big hospital where I was supervising 8 handyman and lately I moved to a smaller hospital where im in charge of one handyman ,my day to day goes from unblocking darins ,fixing all water leaks ,repacing taps nad basins ,repairing doors and cupboards ,installing tiles to painting.

Can wait to grow and learn more and meet new people,grow with the company
I Am a very open book person ,I don’t like strict forward people ,I like to learn from everyone don’t take things personal I like to come to work first thing is I plan my day, See what must be attended to first and take the day by the horns I like to keep to my planning but if anything come up that need attention I put aside what I do and do the first By the end of the day I like to be done with my list and clean my desk ready for the next morning. If I have a difficult supplier ,I always say “ It’s the way to handle it” But on the end we have a understanding and me and the Supplier help one another to resolve the query

Interesting and Challenging
A typical work day is quite busy, we commence at 7 and work 9 hours i get along with all my co workers we all have a good and civil working relationship and we all know how to come together as a team. i have learnt how to be more innovative and take charge in crucial situations. i really enjoy the working atmosphere and environment, because the situatiin are always changing and weare continuously learning on a daily basis the most challenging aspect of this job are the patients and their unwillingness to pay, and the saying that the patient is always right, sometimes causes tension between staff and patients, but luckily the problem can always be somewhat solved

Good working environment
Netcare is good company,i have learnt so much in short time. I have gained more experience in customer services through netcare.people are so friendly and welcoming,its an environment of more than 400 employees but i like it and enjoy it as i learn a lot from people from different walks of life. I enjoy my work a lot and we often provided with training.
