Good learning opportunity
I am a good product because of them I've learned a lot of things egiv inserting, blood transfusion, administration of medication ,wound carecustoners care,stock control,team work,infection control,management skills ,interpretation of blood gas, assist in patient intubation and nursing patient on life support machine.and how to cope in hectict work environment to think and act working according your scope of practice working as team work people working together teaching learning, when we are busy I like it and learning new things challenges shift the rotation and long hours.

I was working in Theatre department with doctors but working as porter and computer aspect especially when the computers lost connection of network bcos they used to charge medications on the system. .
Pros: Looking forward to learn more and any opportunities that comes first

Excellent learning curve
I am passionate hard working person. I love learning new things, I am punctual and honest and dedicated. I am great in team work and a very well organised person. I know my anatomy and physiology well as well as my pharmacology. I love coming up with new ideas and go the extra mile in any event. I am an positive attribute that will benefit and help the company grow.

Learning curve
Working in this company has its ups and downs, in a typical work day you would find that there are a lot of patients with less staff resulting in work overload and mistakes with patient care, the fact that one is required to go help out in other wards where there is shortage of staff but it is very difficult to get staff from other wards when help is needed from your ward. There are learning opportunities and anyine who want to go to school and further their studies is given that opportunity.

Need new calling
get to work do preventive maintenance on all triticale equipment ,Generators ,vacuum pumps , compressors and UPS walk through the hospital and see all ward managers to find out if they have any problems that happened during the night . I have a good relationship with my co-workers we understand what need to do . I have learned that to do things right the first time don't do work in a way that you need to go back and do it over. I enjoy my work because it take pride in my work. The most challenging of my job is to keep every one happy I like to see happy customer's leaving with a smile on there faces .

Excellent learning
• Responsible for identifying cases that need to be handed over externally and also interact with external debt collection agencies on daily basis. • Responsible for sending daily updated to the external debt collection agencies for payment updates and write off requested.

Don't want to pay employees what they are wo
The work there is too much and employees are not getting paid what they are worth. Every month there's at least 4 employees resigning. The people there are welcoming. I have learnt a lot and that you have to appreciate the opportunity
