Practical work experience

My CV would verify that I am very loyal to the cause I am attached to. I started working for the Company from a very early age and rose through the ranks. My experience was gained all over the country, from Cape Town to Musina. I have opened new offices, hired new people that are succesful today because I relate well with people at all levels. I have been involved in administration, marketing and sales, management, human resources and many other spheres found in big organisations. I have been nominated and won awards that included prizes and vacations. I have attended workshops, seminars and lectures that enhanced my understanding of the business world.

Pros: Multi skilling
Cons: Kept to one company too long

Great experience in finance sector.

Being a target driven company, you really have to put in the work in order to achieve targets and this sort of reviles a lot about who you are and what defines you. You have to get along with colleagues on a day to day and not stress when targets are not met. Best part of the job was meeting people from different backgrounds and seeing that people are not so different after all. Worst part of the job was meeting the monthly targets in tough economic times.

Pros: Great oppertunity for growth in finance sector.
Cons: Convincing others about the benifits of long term savings

Excellent learning curve

This is a challenging and an interesting industry, it is a flexible job that you have to pay full attention in order to earn a good salary. Its all depends on an individual Helping clients its being a good experience to me, it is a team work, I am passionate about what I'm doing and having a good relationship with clients that is a blessing. When I exceed my target and helping my clients together with my team, it brings too much joy. The most challenging is when a clients claim is paid- up late due to some reasons and seeing your client disappointed

Pros: Great opportunity promotion
Cons: Flexible hours working
