Iam happy to work with people.Every day imeet new people(clients)where by ilook into the needs of the clients,and then provide the solution to the clients.i shall say ihave made agood relationship with my colleges because of the respect that we give to one another and ideas we share as a team.Our team has appointed me to lead them because of the potential that they observe.i have learnt alot in such a short period of time.People are not the same they do not like the samethings some are looking for investment,funeral covers,retirement annuity and hospital plan.I Enjoy to assist every client with arespect and honest,treat them with care and show that they are valueble.what i find challenging was that if a client took a policy and donot pay for it then it comes back and bite you

Fun to work at
My typical day @ work is fun,I work at my own pace . Great colleagues and the management is helpful where you lack.I have learned that hard work pays,what you give is what you get out.

Brilliant opportunity to grow.
It a nice experiance to work for this company. I enjoy the time flexibility and the work environment is a kind of the workplace that anyone would definetely like to work in. The training facility and the development prospect are of the high value and importance. The fact that it is the well established company it is always not difficult to introduce it to the prospective clients and its state of an art product appeal to the mass markets and high clients.

I love working for metropolitan , i get along well with my manager and colleques,the challenge that are experienced was not reqching a target on the firstmonth but i didnt give up , i told myself that i can do this anr i did it, i hqve learnt to communicqte and interactwith clients

Not the best company to work for. Long working hours without appropriate compensation, tight budgets, no culture .Opportunities for promotion is non existent

Financial wellness & long term insurance
At Metropolitan life, pur duties daily was to change the community and its financial habits. Supply products that enhance their financial freedom. This means we call 25 prospects clients weekly out of 25 we sign anything from 2 - 5. This means at least 5 appointments a day, face to face. Financial insurance for long term means unserstanding the financial industry and what it costs for clients to have a good standard of living; currency and economic status of the country.

A good learning curve and great experience
It's a great environment, one gets to meet new people everyday when working in the field. The colleagues are very friendly and helpful and it's an enjoyable job though it's very stressing at times.

I have had the best learning curve i could have ever asked for.
A typical day at work it is so challenging and the good part about it is that one get new responsibilities each day. Working at Metropolitan Life has given me a lot of experience because i can now deal with a difficult client. The relationship with my colleagues is very good. I have learnt that we as people we should appreciate other people no matter their status because at the end of a day we get to eat because of that person. I enjoy my work when i have a team around me that work together and have good results at the end of a day. It is when one has no appointment with clients and getting postponed by clients.

Practical work experience
My CV would verify that I am very loyal to the cause I am attached to. I started working for the Company from a very early age and rose through the ranks. My experience was gained all over the country, from Cape Town to Musina. I have opened new offices, hired new people that are succesful today because I relate well with people at all levels. I have been involved in administration, marketing and sales, management, human resources and many other spheres found in big organisations. I have been nominated and won awards that included prizes and vacations. I have attended workshops, seminars and lectures that enhanced my understanding of the business world.
