Excellent
metropolitan is big and good company I have learnt a lot from them. and employees are every friendly that give us encouragement one another.i learnt how to communicate with client and show good etiquetes, respecting one anothee and put clients frist.
Pros: i can contribute a lot due to my expirience and educational skills i have obtained while i was in tertiary.

I am very hard working and ambitious vibrant young woman.
I am currently employed by MMI Limited as a claim’s assessor in the contact center. Academically studying for a Bcom in Marketing second year . I have completed my Fais credits (RE 5) and a certificate in sales and Marketing. I have worked as financial advisor for 3 years and then worked as a customer service consultant within MMI limited . With the years put together working for MMI , I have an excellent understanding of client service and ensuring company’s model is followed to the latter.

To be punctual, use the language the client will understand.
I am hard working person, with honesty and integrity. I am also able to work under pressure. I meet my deadline on time. I am also able as group and also as an individual. I could I identify when I should close the deal.
Pros: I was a team player I was very supportive into a junior staff

I love challenge in everything I do
I enjoy working with people different department, though my work was challenging but I manage. Most challenging is to convence people to take your own policy amongst others, what I've learnt to be friendly, to be knowledgable about your policy. Working at your pace in order to reach target is what i enjoy the most.

Excellent learning curve
I have learned to interact with customers. I gave perfect advice and guidance with honesty and intergrity. I solved different types of queries to the customers full satisfaction.

It's a very interesting environment to work at
Metropolitan its very well known ccompany. It's interesting company were u interact with different clients everyday that's what make it exciting. There's a basic and uncapped commission.
