Well working in this company is a learning curve for me as i get to meet different kinds of people, while on duty, what I enjoy most is travelling on a daily basis I interact with a lot of companies, The challenging part is where you gather employees that you have to do presentation to and when you done no one responds or ask any question

Self driven and hard working

I advise people about their financial wellness and sell them policies. Sometimes they want to be hard but am able to handle the pressure because I want to learn more about the job. I love working as a team because am all talkative person. I enjoy my job and my working place, we calls our client new and old to sell them our products. The most challenging is when I don't find client or when they don't want to take policies because they already have them. My name is Mompati Tsheole am 27 year old lady.

Pros: Good work
Cons: Working on weekends

Handling objections and building rapport

Handling objections Financial advisor Mostly enjoyed the challenge of working in a performance driven organization, it's always exciting when you work towards a certain target and eventually meet the target.. it makes you to start viewing life from a different perspective, hence in the beginning it all seem impossible when you set the target.

Pros: learn to handle pressure
Cons: long working hours

I have learnt from a management and sales perspective

As a branch manager I manage 12 financial advisors, liaise with union reps, directors and management. It is a fast paced and strong sales environment. My job is to help financial advisors in opening new worksites, monitor productivity, set out short and long term goals that will allow advisors to grow within the company and increase their earning potential, together with monitoring quality of business, no day is ever the same and being able to manage a mature team as well as nurturing new staff, and also being hands on with stakeholders has helped with my own personal growth and development, I have left the company just to be called and offered the management position months later must mean that I am doing something right.

Pros: Great earning potential
Cons: New earning structure does not benefit management or advisor

Yes it is good experience to learn and no more about finance as it is very challenging department

To be in this industry it is a learning curve that gives more experience about finance industry. it gives more understanding about why people need savings as inflation of the country is fluctuating . It is a good industry that you that accommodate working days Monday to Friday at the same time not easy as you become a field worker walking up and down . It is very motivating as you go with co-workers they share their experience in the industry that will inspire you to hold on matter what . I have learnt a lot that respect everyone and know when you going out there give your best service to the people , so that they can trust you with their finances. The more you assisting them they will release they need you and you them . It is very enjoyable meeting people from different household and put the smile on their faces. It is very challenging as you meet different attitudes

Pros: yes there some great opportunities
Cons: long hours

Excellent client engagement opportunity

My job includes working from the office to attend the client's queries and do admin work. I also work on leads to convert new sales. Other days I work from home to convert sales through telephone. I also work from the field as I engage with clients physically through their workplaces and exhibitions to enhance their financial wellness. My relationship with co-workers is satisfactory. We help each other wherever possible and we do team building once a month. Every quarter of the year we do outings. I've learnt the deepest secrets of interpersonal skills and communication skills. I've also learned about persuasive and client engagement skills. I enjoy working engaging with various clients on daily basis. I enjoy pushing myself beyond limit to achieve results that are beyond imagination. The most challenging aspect of my job is when the sales are not coming together. Mostly towards festive months where clients are less concerned about the financial wellness.

Pros: Great opportunity for financial earnings and promotion
Cons: Striving to make extra sales as it is target driven

Excellent learning curve

This is a challenging and an interesting industry, it is a flexible job that you have to pay full attention in order to earn a good salary. Its all depends on an individual Helping clients its being a good experience to me, it is a team work, I am passionate about what I'm doing and having a good relationship with clients that is a blessing. When I exceed my target and helping my clients together with my team, it brings too much joy. The most challenging is when a clients claim is paid- up late due to some reasons and seeing your client disappointed

Pros: Great opportunity promotion
Cons: Flexible hours working
