Difficulties and simplicities of my career

Working in the compony is give me the huge light to the sales and general environment.Working in group in the compony has sometimes simplified my job ,since we share ideas and working strategies.It is nice working with clients but it is also difficult to convince them

Pros: working under this compony has given me the ability to believe in myself and work at my own under no supervision
Cons: As usual it is difficult to work long hours expecially in winter but the body end up adapting and enjoying

Excellent learning curve

In this industry I take it like an office hour day job because it helps me to engaged my self with my busy schedule and making sure that I have many appointments as I can for the whole week. It is easy to strategies on how you can bring more business and enjoy to work with clients. I enjoy when I touch someones life positively by helping them to reach their goals. We had a good relationship with my team I have learn a lot and mostly this is the industry for some one who wants to be financially independent through hard working When my clients postponed the appointments and some they don't pay their premiums

I love challenge in everything I do

I enjoy working with people different department, though my work was challenging but I manage. Most challenging is to convence people to take your own policy amongst others, what I've learnt to be friendly, to be knowledgable about your policy. Working at your pace in order to reach target is what i enjoy the most.

Pros: working at your own pace, being strategic in order to meet target
Cons: most challenging is to convence people how differ is your policy compare to others

Extensive experience in the call center industry

Atypical work day at Metropolitan is that we begin with an early morning team prayer and motivation,then its non-stop dialing from 8:00 until the various breaks,then we knock off at 7:00 in the evening, I'm great-full for having worked the as i had a good relationship with my co-workers and i learnt how to be a hardcore sales agent,despite the long hours and that the product (funeral plan) was not so easy to sell,I still learnt a lot there especially when it comes to closing and building rapport with the client.

first of all my relationship with my collegue was very nicely nd we understand each other. I have learned how to work with people,solving the problems and the inportant of my job. The most of myself enjoying the company was working as teamand also meeting new peoples.The most challenging thing was not reaching the companies target,so as a person i have to work hard to reaxhe the target.

Cons: as a sales consultants you dont have a working limit.

Excellent learning experience

I am an honest person who is not afraid to face any challenges,I work hard and I fit into any position given to me. I work well with people not afraid to work long hours.In my current job I've learnt how to be patient,aim for your goals and tell yourself that every sweat will be worth it in the end. I have faced a lot of challenges and at the end I overcome every obstacle.

Excellent communication and learning curve

I work five days a week with various team one in the metropolitan Branch and the other at African Bank. I have interesting colleague that are always come up with different views that enforce the strategic plans of our objectives. We normally do a team building on monthly basis whereby we go out to get to know each other not only on professional level but also on personal level in trying to build and maintaining a good working environment. Having a big and diversified team enables me to learn a lot from each one of them and to see things differently. I have learned that persistence, humility, honesty and integrity goes a long way in this field of work I am at. What I enjoy most about this job is those small soft skills such as persuasive, adaptive skills that one adopts. I also enjoy to work with clients of different needs to finally having being able to resolve their financial problems, recommending financial solutions that meets their specific needs.

Calling clients to buy products,data capturing and customer service

I have experience at the insurance industry .Worked as a sales representative where by we advertised products and marketing them to clients including the stalling skills.Worked at Metropolitan life as a Telesale consultant advertising products to client,selling and marketing them to different people via the phone this include all the callcentre customer service. I would like to get an opportunity to work as a customer service consultant at the same time if it's sales consultant I will do the inbound. Thank you for reading.
