Exellance learning curve and experience

Every morning I go outside at the field to recruit and sell policies to clients, it's difficult but at the end of the day I have to recruit so that I can be able to earn and submit my weekly target which is 650 per week. We work as a team so that we can learn from one another and motivate one another . I've learn to understand people as they have different behavior and attitude so its important to know the people you are dealing with. I enjoy admin work as it make my job easy and organized. the most challenging aspect of the job finding or recruiting people everyday so that I can be able to provide for my family at the end of the month

Great learning opportunities

The day our company had two different sets of interviews. One was branch managers' and the other was Personal Assistant to Regional manager. The day was very busy with meetings in between. I had the most busy day that I finished work an hour late. On this actual day I was assisting HR and Regional Manager with documents needed for an interview. I enjoy working with my team, we understand each other and work well as a team. Even when conflicts or misunderstandings arise, we try to resolve them quickly through clear communication. I have learnt to work well with people, to understand different characters in the workplace. I have also learnt to multitask as I work with different systems and supporting 10 different branches. The challenges are there's changes on how things are done as well as systems. So one has got to learn as quickly as we get to know of changes when you have come across that task. But that has also given me the learning opportunity.

Excellent learning and communications

I can able to travel, 5days a week, able to work under pressure, well know 4diffirent kind of persons, good listener. I enjoy to gain knowledge by the form of trainings, incentives make profits in business because everyone enjoy gateway. The challenge it to make an employee believe and stay motivated always I am people's person and I can be the best person for the position.

Calling clients to buy products,data capturing and customer service

I have experience at the insurance industry .Worked as a sales representative where by we advertised products and marketing them to clients including the stalling skills.Worked at Metropolitan life as a Telesale consultant advertising products to client,selling and marketing them to different people via the phone this include all the callcentre customer service. I would like to get an opportunity to work as a customer service consultant at the same time if it's sales consultant I will do the inbound. Thank you for reading.

Answering calls, processing partial withdrawal, surrender and premium refund. Policy maintanance, policy reinstatement, cancelling the AIM and updating client details. Customer retention and generating leads.

Excellent learning curve especially in the financial sector.

My work day include travelling a lot to see different client everyday, coming to the to do capturing the cases I did with the clients in the market. I have a very good relationship with my co workers, I learnt a lot in this financial field such dealing with investment, retirement annuity, life covers, educational policies etc. The most challenging aspects is travel to different clients by public transport, its very difficult indeed.

Cons: Working at your own pace but pressure piles because of commission base salary.

MATRIC IN HOUSE CERTIFICATES

I am hardworking and love to work with people.I am a peoples person that work well in a team.I love organizing and also lead well when required.I am looking for a new position for the challenge and also for the change.I am at work before 6 every morning and are not lazy to work until late every day.I take direction easy and is a very fast learner.My typical work day starts at 5h15 and ends at 5h30.I work with people the whol day.I service client and assit my co workers.I give training half of my day as I am the only customer service consultant working with marketers.I work with payments and do funeral claims and all other payments on policies.I love my co workers and we rely on each other the whole day to make sure that our clients is serviced to the best of our ability.I have learner that everyday is a new day,whith its own challenges.I have learned that you never to old to learn .Creating a safe situation for each of your clients.
