I am hardworking and love to work with people.I am a peoples person that work well in a team.I love organizing and also lead well when required.I am looking for a new position for the challenge and also for the change.I am at work before 6 every morning and are not lazy to work until late every day.I take direction easy and is a very fast learner.My typical work day starts at 5h15 and ends at 5h30.I work with people the whol day.I service client and assit my co workers.I give training half of my day as I am the only customer service consultant working with marketers.I work with payments and do funeral claims and all other payments on policies.I love my co workers and we rely on each other the whole day to make sure that our clients is serviced to the best of our ability.I have learner that everyday is a new day,whith its own challenges.I have learned that you never to old to learn .Creating a safe situation for each of your clients.

I have learn to to apply professionalism and most of all time management

Working at metropolitan requires good communication skills and punctuality. I am required to get my own clients professionaly and do presentation to a group of people and individuals at their work site. I am in control of my own time so it is like i am running my own business but i need to do what client ask of me then that's when i do my daily schedule. I do not hesitate to ask from my co-workers if there is somewhere i don't understand and i also give information and assist. I have learn to be professional and internet friendly for communication. I enjoy communication and meeting new people. What is most challenging with my current job is to get my own site to work at because am required to talk and meet up with most high professional people and that is always not easy to do but I play to win.

Pros: I would love to lead a group of people one day I believe that i can motivate an give courage from my experience.
Cons: I can work long hours because i am motivated by money and success.

Excellent learning curves of products and the industry

working at Metropolitan made me Grow in terms of working with People in different levels. I enjoy working with people and to learn new things everyday. we having a good relationship with my colleagues we supports each although you work for your own pockets but we also know that when we supports and help each other it will be much easier for the company to grow and succeed, because the more we work the more the company achieve it goals. the most challenging aspects of this job is that no client no pay.

Excellence

i love my job as a manager i get to deal more with complains and death claims and i do a lot of admin the last week of the month is the worst as we run around like headless chicken so we can close our books, target being reached or not. i have learnt how to deal with angry, moody,mad ,quite u name them clients on how to treat them ONE MUST HAVE A DIFFERENT WAYS OF DEALING WITH DIFFERENT CLIENTS.

Pros: JUST NEED A CHANGE AND GROW ON ANOTHER LEVEL
Cons: I ENJOYED THE LONG HOURS

Learning and growth time

In absence of any branch manager I also provide support to their teams. I have a very professional relationship with all my colleagues and its always a pleasure to have them around since most of the time they are working in the field. we respect each other and I always motivate everyone to do their best as its very tough in Insurance industry and competition is very high as well. I have over the years learnt to be very patient with everyone since we are all different and also learnt to be respectful at all times whether a person is younger or older. I enjoy interaction with internal or external clients its always interesting to meet different people and whenever there is a new thing to be learnt I am always keen. I am mostly challenged by non performers and working closely to finding solutions to assist them.

Pros: My Monday starts with extracting previous week's production reports from Cognos and forwarding to Branch managers for them to compile their branch reports and once they did that I am responsible for compiling one report for the entire region which consists of 15 Branches. I am on a deadline because there is a time frame as to when the report needs to be submitted to the EXCO, therefore I sometimes have to push them to submit on time. I always make sure that everything is running smoothly in all offices even if I am not personally there all there time, technical reporting is also done through me. I am also dealing with recruitment process together with Human resources. In absence of any branch manager I also provide support to their teams. I have a very professional relationship with all my colleagues and its always a pleasure to have

Excellent learning and communications

I would like to work 5days a week, I'm good on communication skills with employees and clients. I have 120credits of FIAS Act and RE, I learnt it while I was working. I enjoy ongoing training. There is no challenge besides client sector, if you don't have specific market that suits you as an employee if u work in the field.

Pros: great opportunity to add value and knowledge in life

Easily to promote

I have been working as an financial advisor,what I do most of the time is going out and advice people about life policies then on Friday I go to the office to capture business then make other appointments for the week,what I like most in my career is to meet different people on a daily basis and assist them and make their plans reality.

Pros: Great oppositionreunite to be promoted within three months if u work extra miles

Good experiance

I believe in myself and all my ability’s, I have an ability to go and extra mile and put all my knowledge and power into everything and anything that I do. My specialties are that I use theory into real life situation and I always come up top. I use my leadership qualities to motivate others around me to do everything they do to the best of their ability’s.

I love a challenge, I have an experience as cashier and receiving assistance for a year and I currently work as personal assistance for Metropolitan insurance company. Attentive to detail

I am a single parent and has worked for Metropolitan in Cape Town for more than twenty years including a broken service I started as a clerk in the insurance business and moved on to become a office manager and was further promoted to a sub branch manager running a branch office My experience are also fetched from becoming an Insurance Broker Consultant I enjoyed working for Metropolitan and has attained all my Post Matric Qualifications whitest working for the Insurance Industry I am a pleasant person with great team working qualities and i thrive myself on excellence I do go the extra mile in my endeavors to achieve continuity in my work task
