Learn very fast and can co operate with clients

was selling insurance a long term insurance dealt with objections i really liked to work at metropolitan i enjoyed to speak to people that i do not know and feel, like and understand their situations most challenging aspect was to exceed the target given and earn more money the most fun part i got to speak with clients in different languages which made them more comfortable to listen and understand the product you are selling them i also learnt about the type of product i was selling them because if u do not understand the product that you are selling then there is no point in selling it there fore u need to know it

Pros: the great opportunity is to grow with the comany
Cons: extra effort and long working hours

Excellent client engagement opportunity

My job includes working from the office to attend the client's queries and do admin work. I also work on leads to convert new sales. Other days I work from home to convert sales through telephone. I also work from the field as I engage with clients physically through their workplaces and exhibitions to enhance their financial wellness. My relationship with co-workers is satisfactory. We help each other wherever possible and we do team building once a month. Every quarter of the year we do outings. I've learnt the deepest secrets of interpersonal skills and communication skills. I've also learned about persuasive and client engagement skills. I enjoy working engaging with various clients on daily basis. I enjoy pushing myself beyond limit to achieve results that are beyond imagination. The most challenging aspect of my job is when the sales are not coming together. Mostly towards festive months where clients are less concerned about the financial wellness.

Pros: Great opportunity for financial earnings and promotion
Cons: Striving to make extra sales as it is target driven

Excellent learning curve

This is a challenging and an interesting industry, it is a flexible job that you have to pay full attention in order to earn a good salary. Its all depends on an individual Helping clients its being a good experience to me, it is a team work, I am passionate about what I'm doing and having a good relationship with clients that is a blessing. When I exceed my target and helping my clients together with my team, it brings too much joy. The most challenging is when a clients claim is paid- up late due to some reasons and seeing your client disappointed

Pros: Great opportunity promotion
Cons: Flexible hours working

Learning curve

It's good place for growth if you want to gain experience but very tough to survive because the pressure is too much from management to managers then to agents,I have learned alot here to survive in any call centre the pressure and extra working hours adaptation as a person.

Pros: Great opportunity to gain experience
Cons: Long working hours

My journey at metropolitan

a typical work day is totally depended on the sale person which is me since the job becomes the persons business , but each day would be making appointments and doing presentations to clients and submitting the business received .And coming to relationship with others requires excellent team work cause some days we team up for presentations ,and about learning, i learnt that sales is about identifying the need of the customer and using your product to help forfilling that need rather then forcing your product on client .about what i enjoyed the most was helping the client to achieve they're goal and earning well .the challenge also came when dealing with rude clients and rejection .

Pros: meeting new people all the time
Cons: dealing with rude peole

Excellent learning and communications

I would like to work 5days a week, I'm good on communication skills with employees and clients. I have 120credits of FIAS Act and RE, I learnt it while I was working. I enjoy ongoing training. There is no challenge besides client sector, if you don't have specific market that suits you as an employee if u work in the field.

Pros: great opportunity to add value and knowledge in life
Cons: long working hour

Excellent learning curve

i work in the field which helps me with my people skills as i interact with different types of people. i am a team player and very friendly hence i get along with almost everybody at the office. i have learnt that in every job a person gets you shouldn't wait to be taught everything, every individual must be willing to go an extra mile and learn . i enjoy being in events where there is a lot of people so that i get to talk to as many people as possible. my challenges would be difficult clients and the long working hours as i spend less time with my family at home

Pros: great growth opportunity structure
Cons: long working hours

Fast paced

My time at Metropolitan is filled with constant on the go and target chasing. The is a lot of pressure to perform as the role is commission based. The people are a vibrant bunch and easy to work with, all though each person does their own thing. A car is a definate must have as you are constantly on the go meeting with clients. There are good remuneration structures if you bring the volume and continue to look out for your quality measures.

Pros: There is growth
Cons: Lapses. Commission structure.
