i' am excellent in computer skills while having supervising and delegating skills for my team.stock counting and able to work under pressure.i also did work at some of the farms as part time job while i was completing my Grade 12 so i have insight of what goes on and how work is done in that industry or environment.

Excellent learning curve
Excellent learning opportunity to grow, bilinqual and multibilinqual skills, problem solving skills, customer mania skills. Certificate in Leading a shift, First aid certificate, Occupational health and safety certificate and fire drill. All these have had a great impact on my desire to interacting with different people of different cultures e.g staff, management and customers. I also enjoy working under pressure e.g during peak hours or month end where the business takes off very well and the store is packed with customers who all need quality service.
Pros: Great opportunity to grow in the business, interact with people of different cultures and sharing of ideas to promote quality withine the business.
Cons: I work 9 hours everyday and sometimes overtime when its busy. I get 1 day off during the week and 1 weekend of each month

Excellent place to work
Good place to work and leatn. Well organised and proffesional with good qualities. Good people to work with and a very busy environment especially on month ends. It fun being here and the most challenging aspect is running a busy friday without proper preparation. I really enjoyed running a smooth shift by doing proper preperations. Ive learnt how to priotise , organise and stay on top of the game ; preparing very well by proper ordering , receving and storing of stock. Proper scheduling and deployment. Follow ups and giving feedback.

Great learning opportunity, exposure to many aspects of the business.
Working for this organisation requires operating at a constant fast pace with great crisis management and extreme flexibility while ensuring that tasks are completed on time. No two work days are the same with a huge scope of variety within the role and business as a whole. Great level of enjoyment from working for such a well loved brand with immense pride in the product. A large portion of the job involves socially responsible activities which provide another level of job satisfaction. The most challenging aspects of the job are the crisis management required, working and managing the size of the organisation effectively and ensuring that brand standards are always met despite various issues.
Pros: Good work culture, job fulfillment and never the same working day. Allowed to manage own time.
Cons: Long working hours, need to be available 24/7 and constant crisis management.

Slow learning curve
Hi I am Lethukuthula Cleopas Thwala started working at KFC 2015, earning close to nothing because of no work no pay,but with hard work and focus 3 months later I was cross trained meaning I could work anywhere at KFC. Later I was appointed to be an in-store trainer, because of the knowledge I had on all the work procedures,now I am a certified in-store trainer training new staff,my team and I get along quit well they respect me since I am their leader and I lead by example. What I love most about my job is that I get to meet different people everyday. Challenges at work do occur like customer complaints, runout on chicken products and improper handling of food, that's were I coach my team handling all these matters.

I have good customer service experience from that company
They gave me experience in working with different customers different backgrounds and attitude. I alsonlearn learn how to be productive and to give customers speed with saves , alway be friendly and smile with your customers.Looking for an opportunity to implement my knowledge skills and talend that I achive from the company be more productive.

Excellent learning curve
It is a good experience working with more than one characters each team member from my team are different and can offer different working skills. It is much fun when we busy but also stressing because you have to be everywhere at the same and also be able to identify bottle necks and think very fast at how to fix it. Also interacting with customers also very special moment but dealing with difficult customers also give you an opened mind.

Good opportunity
Its a good thing working at companies like KFC because you get to know how to work under pressure,deal with difficult customers, time management and so on,working in teams is such a great thing as well but the typical work day is when comes a customer complain about food or accuracy that's the worst typical thing ever,I liked working with people because you get to learn everyday
