Its a good thing working at companies like KFC because you get to know how to work under pressure,deal with difficult customers, time management and so on,working in teams is such a great thing as well but the typical work day is when comes a customer complain about food or accuracy that's the worst typical thing ever,I liked working with people because you get to learn everyday

I'm a hard work and I know how to handle pressure within a workplace
As a worker,if the staff sometimes is short. I can even work double shift. And at work we do not take personal things. I and my co-worker are too friendly. We know how to work with each other always. I have learnt that working with people is good and it can makes you to become a stronger person. And the most challenging aspects of the job sometimes is the difficult customers but just because they are our first priorities we find a way to work with them.
Pros: I will find a good way to take care of my family.
Cons: long working hours sometimes can affect spending quality time with family.

Seeking for further career growth.
I was a store supervisor responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, and perform various administrative job duties. Shift leaders work primarily in fast food and similar restaurants and run the staff when the manager is not on duty. Communicated clearly and positively with co-workers and management. Mastered point-of-service (POS) computer system for automated order taking. Handled currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately. Cross-trained and coordinated scheduling with team members to ensure seamless service.
Pros: I am currently studying Masters in Business Administration with Regenesys Business School which will enhance much needed leadership skills within an organisation.

I've learnt how to be the strong leader
I am confident that I have the knowledge and skill to professional fulfill the position as required by the organization. I will endeavor to effectively perform all task and maintain the standard as required and defined by the organization. In my current job i have learned to be always professional all the time
what I have learnt is that when you work with cash and customers you have to give hundred per cent focus because once you fail to give good customer service they will come back to complained and the calculation on the tail I have to be very good.

Great Culture
Nice culture, flexible hours, fun, learnt alot about FM, got to study, management are dishonest tho, great co workers, very welcoming, I enjoy the FM space and how I got to fix the building and make it more workable for the rest of the employees

Grate experience
Good communication and speed with service, good team work, challenging when it comes to sales, trading is good and accommodating, leadership is good but challenging at the same time, stock controlling is also challenging and also stock loss. Atmosphere Is fun andbwveryonebis getting along working together to achieve daily goals.
