Great customer care
I have learnt a lot , how to manage people and the whole store Making sure everything goes accordingly, reaching targets, exceeding customers expectations,the most challenging of all is running the store without enough team members because you have to fill all the bottle necks,to make sure customers leave the store happy. I enjoy the fact that we have fun while working and recognise one another.

Working at kfc gave me experience with customers , working with speed of service I started in 2014 i got promotion as a skill trainer , 2016 I was promoted as a supervisor, 2017 I was promoted as a manager on duty ,

Skills development
It is a very good experience getting to work with different characters. So much I have learned in coaching techniques. Running operations at best, always make sure the store is compliant and customer ready. Reports done on per shift, daily, weekly and per period how impactful it is in operations. Scheduling is part of the criteria I have gain experience on, developing my own report to drive results. Even from management to the whole team. Training program from team member to supervisor. I have gain a lot of skills in naturing talent and equip skills to bring one's best.

Excellent learning curve
It is a good experience working with more than one characters each team member from my team are different and can offer different working skills. It is much fun when we busy but also stressing because you have to be everywhere at the same and also be able to identify bottle necks and think very fast at how to fix it. Also interacting with customers also very special moment but dealing with difficult customers also give you an opened mind.

Working as a senior manager was a good learning curve.
It was good to work with people and get to learn what is required as a manager. Enjoyed talking to the customers. The challenging is when I don't reach the required targets.

Communication
I've leant how to treat customers and put them first, and I also leant safety food and how to avoid cross contamination . I've leant how to cook at restaurant also and team work that takes a company forward. What I know is that no Meyer what challenge we have at working place we should work as a team that will lead us to where the business's sales wanted to be, prioritising is the most important key in the industry yo take a business far and avoiding theft also create loyalty for you self and company

I'm a fast learner, I'm easy to work with and a great team player.
I'm a young and energetic young lady, who is good with customers since I've been working on the customer service. I'm a great team player and can multi task. It will be actually great to work with since I'm a handy person.
