I'm a hard worker person who loves working with people and I easily learn new things I enjoyed working at kfc because i learned a lot of things and got to know people much better i was also given a chance to prove myself and appreciated all the time and my boss coached and mentored and supported my efforts to become the best employee ever

Its very hard,sometimes you have to deal with the difficult customers and the managers are not supportive,I have gain lot of experience and how to handle difficult customers

Great experience
I was a very good place .. working with people it's part of me .. self driven ambitious. . Noting role models as some customers . How ever I was not that comfortable with the salary especially in a month that's horror .. & shifts and working hours are reasonable I did not mind or give a damn .. I liked it a lot as I said meeting some potential people ... motivated me into doing better and to always though it may contractually contradict I should not be impatient. . Perseverance the mother of all success

Excellent
I will like to get a new job to get new experience and develop my experience, any kind of job that will give me more experince, due to the interest on working for new company. I have matric Senior certificate in hand and experience working as team member at Kfc.

I have learned a lot at KFC and I am still learning. I have learned how to work with the customers.
Will I'm motivated person who love to work with other people and KFC needs that. I'm a hard worker who going to be a supervisor anytime from now. The only reason why I'm about to be come a supervisor is that I'm a good leader I always know how to keep my time and I do what it right for the business.

Started as a junior manager and become a senior manager.
Worked at KFC for 11 years as a senior manager. Controlling staff and stock. Reported to the area manager. Making sure all required targets are met daily.

Good
People can take good of themselves but you need to give them a good and excellent picture of yourself so that they can be happy all the time when they are at ur store and treat them with a good smile.

Good company, good management, good staff,
Running a shift and delegating team members to do their daily duties , good relationhip with co-worker, i have to work as a team , respect and team work is what i enjoyed.

Catering assistant
I enjoyed working at KFC I HV learned a lot becoz it was my first job experience and my it was good but the challenging part is that I got sick and I found out DAT I was allergic to the KFC spice and thats where I got the opportunity to be trained as a cashier .and it was good coz I really enjoyed going from one level to another .

Excellent learning curve
Excellent learning opportunity to grow, bilinqual and multibilinqual skills, problem solving skills, customer mania skills. Certificate in Leading a shift, First aid certificate, Occupational health and safety certificate and fire drill. All these have had a great impact on my desire to interacting with different people of different cultures e.g staff, management and customers. I also enjoy working under pressure e.g during peak hours or month end where the business takes off very well and the store is packed with customers who all need quality service.
Pros: Great opportunity to grow in the business, interact with people of different cultures and sharing of ideas to promote quality withine the business.
Cons: I work 9 hours everyday and sometimes overtime when its busy. I get 1 day off during the week and 1 weekend of each month
