I find a new job at smith & wilfied,I was working as a cleaner,painting and wallpaper .I just needed to learn something new and I enjoy to know how to work with my hands and train my self for my dream house.working as a paint it make me gain so main things and make me gain people skills

Excellent
@Kfc is wide business but there we promote unity and trust.Everyday we work as a happy team driving and pushing sales so that we put good results everyday.I've leart that leating people is na ll about patience and respect and with you and team having good communication skills the team becomes productive.what I enjoy most is pushing service and making sure that my customers are happy and satisfied Remember customer first and everything shall follow.

Kfc
It will be a prevarage for me to get this job I have good quality of customer service and I know how to work in a team I have high energy I also can work over time am a fast learner.I have good reletionship with my client and I respect their space

I work all over as cashier,packer,experditor,cook,cleaner,merchandicer etc I can multitask very good.i have been in retail very long and is very good in my job and what I do please call me and u will see,what I am capable off.

Working at KFC is great they give a lot of opportunities to learn and grow within the company.staff the is amazing because working with more than 40people its alot of work,but they make my job easy because they know what is expected of them

Learning experience with KFC
KFC is a restaurant that is always busy and employees have to work shifts and overtime. employees deal with different customers on a daily basis and ensuring that they are satisfy is the most important thing. Clients have demands and sometimes unrealistic expectations, but as a sales person you have to deal with that in a calm and diplomatic manner to ensure that the clients understands your perspective. it is also important in the industry such as KFC to be always alert because you deal with the finances. Ability to multi task work in a team has helped me to be able to deliver as fast as I can and do a smooth job. it is pleasing to see that customers are happy and they are able to recognise your services and they are happy.
Pros: This experience has prepared me to realise that I can move foward and be able to explore more opportunities in the business industry
Cons: working for the company has exposed me to shift work which I enjoyed. However, working shifts had a bit of a challenge because it has been difficult to get transport to go home after a shift that ends at 9 pm.

Hard working person , time keeping management,work under pressure.
Team work, Good relationship with co workers, time keeping management. Good following instructions from my seniors , Good listerner.i also able to adapt working in different weather conditins.
Pros: im feel so great to work at the big compoany like kfc because working at kfc is very good thing you learn how to worker with other people , you learn how to handle pressure when you face it , you learn how handle difficult customers , you learn to handle customers complain proffetionaly.

Excellent experience gained
Great company but looking for more benefits. Doesn't offer medical aid.long hours and no weekend's off. But if u new in industry with no kids this should be ideal.
