Workind hard do so many things at the same time, friendly staff,too much pressure working long hours and earning less money I learn how to handle angry customers.communication skills and and customers are always right all the time.targets.speed and you must be patient at all times. enjoyed that you ended up meeting different kind of people.the most challenging was the offpick times and u must reach the target so u can get the stars for the day

Learning curve

Providing great hospitality to each and every customer entering the store, ensuring good customer experience, giving quality products at all times and ensuring the cleanliness of the working environment at all time. Having team working towards achieving one company goal, driving sales, promoting new products, challenging and competing with others. Working hard, extra hours and dedication. Receiving rewards and celebrating achievements.

I am willimg to learn and willing to train so that I learn

Well I have leaned that working as team you can learn more form each other and you can have more. Of opportunity in work,as I was working at KFC I have also learn have to give other people second chance in life, me and my co-works we have an open main about how to make your work more fun and enjoybel too,i like to share some ideas. Maria was a good lead to me and Florence was my role model and Nita she was my everything when is hard at work she give me a should to lean on and give me a wisdom too

Pros: good in brain stroming will to achieve more at work
Cons: as they say nothing in life come easy,we I have to found myslef woeking overtime sense the morning

Excellent learning and experience

I love working with people because I get to know more about lot of people and I get many experience and how to work with people. What I love the most is that I.learn how to communicate with others and they give me different lessons. I leant how to work with people and under pressure... And to work a lot without any complain

Excellence working skills

Working in this company was great things to me but later I realize we are working over time and sometimes they are not paying for it, no benefit even as I'm a woman no pay for martinity leavebut I've learned lot in this industry how to handle difficult different customers. I was enjoying preparing food than working at working at front counter . My relationship with my colleque was amazing when it's very busy we used to argue with product availability. I real learned lots of things in this company , how to communicate with other people, believing in all people. The most challenge I have to clean up colleque toilet mess.

Pros: not easy to get promotion
Cons: 10 hours or 9 hours no lunch

I was working with many and dealing with different customer everyday i lean to be on time and satisfied the customer need and know that customer is always write.

I have communication aand computer skills and I'm a fast learner.

I have much confidence in anything I do. I'm a hardworker and im a patient person. I can work under pressure and without any supervision. I am easy to get along with. I like being around people who understand me most.

Pros: I would like to grow in a company and meet more challenging opportunities like being a supervisor to a manager. My goal is to become a leader in everything I do.
Cons: I can work long hours. It's what I always do at kfc. I usually take some extra shifts to make extra cash.
