Working with customers is a very difficult thing .You have to Love your career and Dont take it as a job but a career. You need to be focused and Have hospitality within you As in my onwn way I Dont think you may teach an individual hospitality but it must be something you have Again you have to have a good culture at work with your colleges to make it a home because that is where we spend most of our time I enjoy having regular customers that feel we giving the best for them I enjoy building know how to everyone So we all may grow If we work together as a team we win together So everything need to be right the first time round

Bad experience
Working at KFC has taught me valuable life experiences,but I sometimes think that they only care about money and they don't care about their employees.

Skills manageral training
I start working at kfc in 2008 August as a team member I been promoted to be a training Captain,in 2010 from there I promoted as shift supervisor and promoted again to be call centre manager also do training signing off new drivers and managers also running shift, improving sales, tickets averages CPLH and SPLH Solving customer complains make sure service is good to our customers.

Cons: To at KFC is a great opportunity to me I have learned many things

Good
People can take good of themselves but you need to give them a good and excellent picture of yourself so that they can be happy all the time when they are at ur store and treat them with a good smile.

Good company, good management, good staff,
Running a shift and delegating team members to do their daily duties , good relationhip with co-worker, i have to work as a team , respect and team work is what i enjoyed.

Excellence working skills
Working in this company was great things to me but later I realize we are working over time and sometimes they are not paying for it, no benefit even as I'm a woman no pay for martinity leavebut I've learned lot in this industry how to handle difficult different customers. I was enjoying preparing food than working at working at front counter . My relationship with my colleque was amazing when it's very busy we used to argue with product availability. I real learned lots of things in this company , how to communicate with other people, believing in all people. The most challenge I have to clean up colleque toilet mess.
Pros: not easy to get promotion
Cons: 10 hours or 9 hours no lunch

Excellent learning curve
I had good relationship with co workers. The most challenging is that we were closing later 10 O'Clock, What I enjoyed most is that we were like famliy were treat each other like sisters and brothers

I'm a hard work and I know how to handle pressure within a workplace
As a worker,if the staff sometimes is short. I can even work double shift. And at work we do not take personal things. I and my co-worker are too friendly. We know how to work with each other always. I have learnt that working with people is good and it can makes you to become a stronger person. And the most challenging aspects of the job sometimes is the difficult customers but just because they are our first priorities we find a way to work with them.
Pros: I will find a good way to take care of my family.
Cons: long working hours sometimes can affect spending quality time with family.
