Quick thinking

Being able to multitask under a small peroid of time and still achieve given targets and the great relationship I have with my team is superb, I make sure they understand what needs to be delivered at what time and it’s always a delight to celebrate after together.

Pros: Growing with the company as the are higher levels you can reach with in-house development.
Cons: The long working hours are killing but all worth it.

I worked as a supervisor at kfc. Managing staff. Leading a shift. Do invoices

Wehave to make sure products are hot and fresh and the store is clean. All the co date are correct, staff come early at work before work start. Full uniform, no jewerary

Pros: It a good. All the staff is freandly

Hard worker

i'm able to work under pressure,i am a hard worker who always focus on the duty,i'm able to work as team,as we know that where there is a team of atleast five to ten people,some can come up with the vision of the business of how we can win together for increasing or expanding the business,of how we can speed up the service

Great courses for different dynamics

They develop their staff through the management courses they offer until one becomes an general manager to being an Area manager and more. Their courses include food safety and security, cleanliness and food safety, product quality, Emergency situation, inventory control, shift labour ,fire fighting and first aid course.

I have learnt to stay focused and calm

Im siyanda matilo im a hard working person who is willing to learn and i can work under pressure i love doing team work and asissting other i have good inner personality i have good good communicating skills and also had a good relationship with my co_ Worker I have delt with different types of characters speed service is what i learnet because we were always busy

It was good working at KFC

Kfc wsa good company bt we earn small money and the job we do wsa to much and the money for transport wsa to small .and we working very hard no complain about working hard bt the money and the lunch wsa left over they didnt give us fresh food

Learning curve

Great team work, without team work and communication there won't be a smooth running of the restaurant. My duties include but are not limited to Maintaining stock and ensuring proper stock rotation is being followed. Handling complains Daily Banking Receiving and ordering stock Daily stock taking Ensuring the store follows the standards Daily coaching of team

Pros: Learning curve
Cons: Long hours, less time off.
