Its very nice working at KFC U get to know many people that are coming and calling which makes a good relationship with customers. I have learnt so much in KFC being humble,put costomer first and many more. Although the will always be challenges at work but you just have to ignore them and focus on what u know and what's brought you to work.

Good listener ,hard worker and a fast learner
I have a good relationship with my co-workers because we work as team. Most of the time I learned from my mistakes. When I started to work at KFC I didn't have a work in experience I didn't know the working environment we're by you work with different customer and working under pressure. At the same time you have to satisfy the customers with an excellent service so that they may be able to come again. What I have enjoyed the most is to work with new people almost every day what they like what they dislike.

A great learning curve
Great company, got opportunity to learn about health and and safety. Running a restaurant, the interaction with the team. New challenges. The company needs to focus on having more interaction with the team and the guests so that they know what to do and where to improve.

Excellent learner
i have 3 years experience in cashiering position and i have good communication skills towards people around me. I also have telephonical skills , i can work underpressure because i was trained to do so at my previous workplace .my relationship with my co_workers was so great because we were respecting one another and working as team .i have learned that people should learn how to co-operate with one another more especially people around at the work place so that we can achive a goal. What i have enjoyed the most at my previous workplace is people work as a team to make everything around work to be perfect. The most challenging aspects at my workplace was at first i once thought its difficult to work underpressure but at the end i saw that it is important to work underpressure in order for work to be done in time.

It's a great job and we have fun working together as a team
KFC is the greatest restaurant ever only if I don't want the changes in my life I won't be seeking other opportunities to make difference in my life.I have mat people who are dedicated and determined, people who guide others showing the right path I'm may say I'm lucky to meet them it is a blessing for me

Learning curve
At Kat KFC every day is different . We treated everyone the same to score 90%%customer satisfaction and speed of service. Every shift has a briefing session that when we set daily target and informing members and remaining them about what is expected from them. We have a good relationship between us . Working together to achieve target set for the day and monthly I have learned that working together as team we can achieve more. Compliance was the most important daily target everything has to be done in by the book. I enjoy when we meet targets and being compliance when audit is done . The most challenging is making sure all customer are highly satisfied at all times

Excellent working environment and friendly space for customers
Its great place to work at kfc because you learn a lot about customer service and experience 1st hand how to deal with different cultures of people and know how to treat each other accordinly. Overall satisfaction working with customers is excitingly 4/5. Dealing with people is difficult at times but its fulfilling to put a smile at customers.working as a team at KFC is key to providing great service we one big happy team though we may have diffences at times we are a team and got each other's back to reach our outmost goal which is providing unforgetable experiance for customers and memorable memories at heart.
