Learning curve

Great team work, without team work and communication there won't be a smooth running of the restaurant. My duties include but are not limited to Maintaining stock and ensuring proper stock rotation is being followed. Handling complains Daily Banking Receiving and ordering stock Daily stock taking Ensuring the store follows the standards Daily coaching of team

Pros: Learning curve
Cons: Long hours, less time off.

Excellent

Working at kfc is fine...i love working with people ..i always do team work...i learnt that when you coming to work you have to with no stress and if you have a problem go talk to the Manangers.What i enjoy is that every month you have learn new things that exciting.- my relationship with my co-workers i good because if smone is doing a wrong thing ,we talk to that person so that he/she can stop doing wrong things.The most challenging thing is even if a customer is wrong you have to act like you the one who is wrong.

Perfect learning

Its a career company with many job qualities and productive company and standing the whole day is not a problem at all because its a retail procedure and iam used to it

Like to become skillstrainer

Skillstrainer would be nice but I dont see myself growing the company is paying too little then what it suppose to I think I need to find a job that suits my needs or that pays well

Pros: It's nice working there where you get to know alota customers on a daily basis nd you get a bonus every month which is good but not that good
Cons: You work like a normal worker but you a manager and you always in the wrong where you just doing your job

I recently completed my trade test at the Training and Learning Academy under Volkswagen (VW). I have completed my trade in Electrical and Mechatronic level 4 (electrician) at B-Plant Volkswagen in Uitenhage. In the plant I was tasked with fault finding, repairing and maintaining the production robots. I am a self-motivated, responsible person and I am committed in achieving high standards in everything I am tasked with. I am always open and happy to grasping new skills and knowledge. I believe my enthusiasm, positive attitude and my strong work ethics will add value to your company.

i am a lady of 31 of age with 10 years working experience in food and beverage industry. I am very commited to my work and passionate is in me.i am a team player and manage to work under pressure i dont mind working long hours and night shifts.i can work with or without a team i always overcome every challenge that comes on the way.my main interest in a business is great service for customers and driving sales is my passion i am also good in controlling of stock.i also know how to identify peoples capabilities. i am always willing to gain experience and grow in a business

Excellent

Working very well with 290 personnels in the instituation. I have learnt so many things especial about Service Benefits,Leave management & recruitment and selection. Most thing i enjoy is to make sure the benefits of personnel are being approved & Every employee get what she/he deserve e.g perfomance appraisal to those who did well. Working as a team making sure no backlocks to avoid Grivences from Employees.

Great opportunities

I have been working for the current company for 9 years, and in those 9 years i have grown a lot from being a partime cashier to being a supervisor. It was not easy but because i am a hard worker and i loved my job i was able to grow in the company. Working with customers is challenging but if you have a heart for people you end up enjoying every moment especially when meeting targets and know that you are good at what you do.

Learned alot

I work under pressure, long shift,myou worker's enjoy working with me cause I always motivate them,I've learned lot of things e.g managing my staff,managing customers, counting stock (inventory ) receiving stock and ordering I enjoy my job because is so challenging the challenge of the job is working under pressure especially when u meet deadlines
