Career
I have learnt lot of thing through different insurance. I can manager pressure from client by giving them good advice and disclose information that is indeed correctly. I love working as team because you dont just complete team task but you extend you knowledge by recieving different ideas from your team members

Growth
There is a lot of admin work in the department and a lot is expected of consultants but with remuneration that does not match the work put it, there are no growth prospects and it is hard getting a new position in the company as a whole.
Pros: Great opportunity of growth but not really open to grow
Cons: The product is only relevant for the company which really is not exposing me to any real growth in terms of any career prospects.

It was a great learning curve and made me a stronger employee in many aspects.
I have a very busy day from when I walk in. I start my day by teaching 3 to 6 year olds how to swim and then move on to procurement, research and administrative duties. Also including the upholding of maintenance and health and safety. I also manage various budgets always trying to be prudent. I aka great team player and get along with all my colleagues. I really enjoy doing administrative work and love a challenge. I am a very quick learner and I am always eager to learn more.

Amazing company to work for
Its amazing, my relationship with my co-workers has been great, i learnt a lot from them. The basis of my experience is all from working at Discovery.

Learning Curve working in a different industry
I worked well with my colleagues , but unfortunately cannot say I have learned more around Test Analysis , but I definitely have a better understanding of the Insurance Industry . What I like the most is the interest from executive management to live healthy and thereby encourage our clients to live healthy. The challenge was the fact that your stakeholders like the Developers,BA's etc still don't understand the importance of a testing team during a Release.

Managed various customer service teams
Managed and supported many campaigns to ensure perfect execution Manage a team of Client Relationship Managers including recruitment, training and coaching Manage key stakeholder relationships - financial advisors, partners and members/customers Ensuring that the team meets all and exceeds the Key performance indicators Ran various campaigns and projects that included onboarding of new products Root Cause Analysis on performance areas or KPI’s that affected the whole servicing environment Involved heavily in training and mentoring fellow Team Leaders in the GROW coaching methodology Relationship skills are my strong point and I kept attrition low in my department as a result of building strong solid relationships with my staff

Excellent place to work
Discovery is an excellent company to work for as there is so much space for growth within my division and beyond, there is also much to learn on a daily basis. The people i work with also contributes to daily life at work and makes it a better day. My most challenging aspect of my job is dealing with difficult clients and bringing to a place of calmness.

CREATE A REGISTER PER ADVISOR FOR THEIR CLIENTS, INFORMING THEM OF THE POINTS AND STATUS THEY ARE CURRENTLY ON. FIRST QUARTER I ASSIST THE BLUE VITALITY CLIENT. SECOND QUARTER BRONZE & SILVER CLIENTS.
