To do all the work to the best of my ability and work well will different cultural backgrounds.
My work day is the same everyday. I work hard and what I like most that it is challenging and learn new things everyday. I work well with others from all racist and have a good and understanding relationship with my colleagues. I have learnt to be accurate in everything that I do and to report my tasks on a daily basis. I enjoy environment and the work, sometimes it gets to much but nothing that I cant handle. My work is challenging in many ways, I deal with clients on a daily basis where things are required from them not from the company that I work for but a different insurance companies that client needs help with, I help them where I can.
Pros: I learnt quick and my employer was happy with my work where i recieved an increase and bonus before the time that i suppose to.
Cons: My hours is 8:30 till 4:30 which is reasonable and im happy with that.

Learning curve was great
I am a young up and coming junior graphic designer who is looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity. I am a professional, hardworking and driven individual who is hungry to learn. I work well under pressure and manage my time effectively ensuring that I meet my deadlines I hold a National Diploma in Graphic Design from Damelin College. Whilst I was completing my Diploma I was awarded an internship by Blue Planet Design where I gained DTP experience working on my client, Roman’s Pizza. After I completed my Diploma I began working at Discovery where I focused on game development, marketing for social media pages and worked on info graphic designed pamphlets.

I learny that always be accurate in everything that you do.
My work is challenging and deal with clients on a daily basis.I work well with others from different cultural backgrounds and work well with my colleagues. I have learnt to manage all my tasks on a daily basis and do not leave work behind. I have amazing clients and a good relationship with them. The challenging part of my job is to assist all clients queries even thou its not out insurance company but others..
Pros: I have growm by getting a bonus and increase before my actual time.
Cons: My working hours i love which is 8:30 till 4:30.

Excellent learning curve
it is a very big and busy work environment but that works in favour for others because then you have amazing floor support but at times can be a bit disturbing. i have learnt how to work in a busy environment, how to work in a team and how to work with customers with urgency, tenacity and drive.
Pros: great platform to equip yourself

Discovery is a very good employer to work for. great people also diverse .
working for discovery is good. a normal day would be going in and dazzling your members over the phone. i had a good relationship with my co-workers, team learders. i have learned a lot on how to deal with member telephonically and being able to join in on the adventure i enjoyed the work experience that was given and being able to make a change in the other persons life. the challenges i had faced was having to keep a certain target low which in most cases happened but every day was a good day

Excellent
Having excellent problem solving and analytical skills and experience of test plans, strategy and procedures throughout the life cycle of a project from specification reviews through to user acceptance. Excellent communications skills and able to liaise with key customer contacts to resolve software issues. Presently looking for a suitable software tester or analyst position with an ambitious company

It was an excellent learning curve
It was a learning curve... learned alot on good communication skills..hw to indetify a customer's needs and listening skills..how to work well under pressure n goin extra mile about meeting ur targets and how to handle difficult customers..and we gt along as colleagues n we were team players

Excellent learning environment
Firstly a normal work day at the discovery service desk is calls and emails with system related issues ranging from outlook not opening to i cant log into my pc. The atmosphere here is incredible as we are like a family and assist each other where assistance is needed I came here as a learner as i am currently on a learnership but what i leave with is a lot more as i have learned a lot with regards to system issues e.g * installing softwares *configuring outlook profile E.t.c and the list goes on
