Excellent learning curve
I am a young male who is responsible and very much interested in doing things that will increase my knowledge. No growth in my department
My day starts at 8am every morning. I run our errand service and car wash at the same time. I have a very good relationship with all employees as I am the receptionist, the first face everyone sees. I've learnt that find a job is not very easy especially in my working environment so appreciate what you have now.

I was an learning experience
Office work in a non corporate world. We come in at 8 and knock off at 4 We are all friends here and we work well together I have learnt so much, such as Products and how to cold call What I enjoy the most about my job is the people I work with And the most challenging aspects of my job is my boss is never at the office so it is difficult to communicate.
Pros: You make lots of friends.
Cons: I can't grow under my current boss.

Excellent learning curve
Working at my company it is a bit challenging but enjoyable dealing with different clients and helping clients with their accounts and assisting my advice with setting up appointments and handling all the accounts,smart advice and doing transfer eg tax,pension,medical aid on behalf of clients.Replying emails,doing spreadsheet and to set up appointment request for my adviser telemarketing.Relationship with co- works I have learned not involve my self in negative things but I should have positive attitude and good vibe around my co- works because team spirit it is a key.I have learned to be focused, office working,working with people and assisting them.m post challenging not attending to complaints and ignore clients.

Excellent in query functions
A typical day would start of by planning my day of production since one has to make daily targets. Firstly check all outstanding pending cases for missing information from brokers. check emails for outstanding requirements from franchises on all cases in SLA. Resend emails on one's not responding. Assist fellow junior new business administrator on premium discrepancies that differ from broker quotes. I have learnt that to be successful in your work environment one has to be a teamplayer otherwise your an outsider. I have also learned that one has to share your intellectual visions with others. The most challenging aspects in my work environment is when authorising cases when manager is on leave or not in office.

Excellent learning curve
my role was to: Prepares source data for computer entry. Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard. Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.. Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; purging documents to eliminate duplication of data. Learnt to communicate and be able to work as a team. to always be friendly and courteous. most challenging aspect was having to deal with different clients, everyone has their own understanding, and no matter how hard it was, you had to deal with people professionally without voicing out any anger or irritation

Cons: not understanding how time particular tasks demand
