I have a good position in my current company and it is a graat environment to be working in, i just feel like i am not growing and the field that i work in has nothing to do with what i have studied and i need to be challenged

Excellent culture
Discovery is one of the best Employers of choice because they liberate the best in their people. I worked with people who love what they do and being in the Group HR space taught me a lot about HR principles and the importance of communications. The most challenging aspect of the job was trying to come up with comms that are relevant, engaging and effective for different areas of the business.

Great working place
Working with people can be challenging, but it all comes down to how you manage your relationships either with fellow staff or with external stakeholders. Through it all, my key objective is to be a part of an organisation that can bring the best out of me in furthering my professional development and career

I have grown a lot , and learn a lot in the last year, expanded my knowledge of the brokers word.
I worked for the bank for 21 years, since I left school. I learned a lot since then, and grown in the finance industry. It become my passion to interact with clients, and its my passion to work with clients, and co workers. I am a team player, work well in a team, and cope well under pressure At this stage, I am a admin clerk in a small office, but enjoy working with my co worker, and as my manager is a christian, we interact very well. I want to grow and learn more , especially from my co worker, so that when she become sick or have to take leave, I can step in and continue with the work flow,
Pros: Every day, is a learning process, the more I can learn each day , the better for my own future.

Very tough enviroment
A typical day involves cold calling and LinkedIn connection. Good relationship with most co-workers. I have learned that this is a very tough business and that working hard is imperative to success here. I enjoy seeing clients but to get the clients first is very challenging

Growth
My current work place is very comfortable environment where most dream as their work place. With more opportunities to grow personally but career wise. I have learnt alot since I joined from good co-workers around. Challenge is how promotions decisions are made. Top management decide who to promote while they not work closely with the person.

8-5 work day resolving compliants handling calls great team learnt new syste enjoy the fact that is no pressure wish that salaries can better and that company can contribute to benefits

Loads of work
Typically loads of interaction with developers and with business stakeholders. Doing analysis on data and tables in the ODS that will be required to fufil reporting requirements. Doing specifications and testing. Loads of coffee points at 1 Discovery place should you need the break.
Pros: Lots of room for growth, be in personal, knowledge or even career
Cons: Very very high pressure!
