I loved how employees treat one another I have learned a lot from this automotive industry I thought car parts were manufactured by specific car brand but know they have companies that supply specific parts to them

I have experienced a lot working for Deloitte. The work ethic and the people involved in the team.
I am a highly organized person with well-developed goal settings and planning skills, a self-starter who is self-motivated and driven. I am a team player who is confident in my own abilities. My dedication and ambition goes beyond the call of duty. I thrive in excelling in any project I am assigned to. I believe in owning and giving the best of one’s ability to add value and be a great asset in any project assigned to. I have a vast work history that shows flexibility and adaptability in various situations. I have worked on numerous projects from concept, deployment, testing and support phase with projects that involved automation of manual processes, defining, addressing root causes and analyzing of process gap. I also add to my experience creation of new processes, new projects and products, using of new methodologies and technologies. Have been involved in testing from QA, UAT pre-and post-deployment.

Good learning
Invaluable learning and exposure to different industries. Learning involves critical thinking skills, cluwnt facing, team working and managerial skills. Brand associated to your name goes a long way on your CV distinguishing you from the rest. Its however difficult ti strike a balance between work and your social life as its a fast paced environment

Learning a lot
In my years working at Deloitte, from articles all the way through to being an audit manager I have learnt quite a lot, the company provide quite a steep learning curve. As part of learning I was challenged and had to go through a lot as an individual.

Excellent Learning curve

Work Experience
I am great with people's skills. (Client relationships and also with team). I am interested in developing myself and others. Being a manager has taught me how to deal with people of different backgrounds and characteristics. Learnt how to cope in stressful situation and also thinking off my feet to solve problems. The most challenging thing is people but patience, understanding and communication works best.
