My key focus is relationship management through the retention of clients and winning new business
I joined the Tip Offs Anonymous consulting team in June 2013,from the Deloitte Call Center team where my key role was to assist callers by compiling confidencial information in five different languages. The Tip-offs Anonymous business unit is a very diversified department I have had an opportunity to work with individuals from different countries (globally) and got to learn about different cultures. Part of my job is to manage international accounts and that always provided an opportunity for me to be outside my comfort zone in terms of client relationship management. I enjoy presenting our service offering to prospective and exciting clients, from different industries and including all stakeholders. Breaking trust barriers regarding whistleblowing

Excellent Learning curve
I enjoy the challenges in various job specifications, which includes projects for various goverment departments , The aim to achieve my objectives in completion of project and make differences in community.

Profile
I am highly motivated to work under pressure and to liaise with any staff member where necessary and I am also ambitious to learn more every day. Additionally, I learned the values of teamwork and commitment as well as working hard and focus on given goals. My ability to structure my time and fit my activities into my schedule helped me to complete given duties and assessments successfully.

Work Experience
I am great with people's skills. (Client relationships and also with team). I am interested in developing myself and others. Being a manager has taught me how to deal with people of different backgrounds and characteristics. Learnt how to cope in stressful situation and also thinking off my feet to solve problems. The most challenging thing is people but patience, understanding and communication works best.

Excellent
great working relationship with collegeaus, very open mined people, willing to share information all the time Ive learnt that people are f=different, different cultures, different goals however what is important is repsect and working with understanding amongst each other. Most challennging part was when i had to assist the team on a systems tool that was self taught. I enjoy making sure that i've delivered what i needed to and getting recognition /compliments for all my successess.

It was a great opportunity to learn
I did vacation work and it was eye opening to get a chance to do the practical things I learnt while doing my degree and also learn about the different things finance has inside it and the career opportunities there is to it.

Career summary
I am now at a point where I want to actively seek a new path that offers me new opportunities, challenges and learning experiences to broaden my skills base and horizon. I would like to leverage the skills and abilities that I have developed to date as a HR Administrator and HR Business Partner to further the interests of the organization and to add maximum value, in turn being rewarded with a stimulating, engaging and challenging work environment that offers attractive future prospects and opportunities. I am currently studying towards a BCOM in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. I have built great relations with my co-workers and business and I have learnt the importance of maintaining those relationships. I love the people element of my job. The most difficult part is getting business buy in on new initiatives.

Great company ever worked for so far

Excellent learning opportunity
A normal day includes a 8-7pm, performing audit for different companies. we worked in teams, reporting to the manager on site.I was accountable for leading atleast 2 people depending on the nature of the project, and carrying out all the stages of the audit process from the start to conclusion. As a leader I was required to explain complex issues either to the client or my team, hence I was effective in explaining complex issues/information in a comprehensive manner. As such I’m an accomplished communicator, with excellent organisational skills, decision making, time management skills, and have been trained to work under pressure to meet deadlines and performance goals. I am proactive and innovative, I am seeking a challenging but rewarding position, which is why I was naturally drawn
