I work for a consulting firm where we provide services to various clients. I always treat each client's request like a priority one client as they are all important to serve. Tickets come through our call logging system and we take the calls from there and resolve them. I work with team of six people and I get along very well with them, I am a team player and always willing to share knowledge and learn from other people. I have learnt to treat each client with respect and to provide the clients with my best service at all times. I enjoy resolving client's queries, providing support and being involved in projects. The most challenging aspect of my job is when handling complex issues where one has to solution to a complex issue.
Pros: Opportunities to grow and getting involved in projects.
Cons: With this kind of the job, you always have to be on standby.

Excellent work ethic
Makhaweni Marvin Sebela is a Procurement Practitioner and has in excess of 13 years’ experience in procurement/supply chain management in all aspects within the domain including, but not limited to Demand Management, Strategic and Commodity Sourcing, Contract Management, etc. This includes a specialist in Information Communication Technology procurement and Enterprise & Supplier Development as set out in the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practise.

Excellent Learning curve
I enjoy the challenges in various job specifications, which includes projects for various goverment departments , The aim to achieve my objectives in completion of project and make differences in community.

Culture Shock
High staff turnover. Manager is incompetent in leading the team. Team members do their own thing. No structure. No processes in place. Chaotic environment. Team members work in silos. Very little knowledge sharing.

Brand equity
There is equity behind the brand but not much support on individual personal development. There is a rigid set of views with little room for adaptability. There is a value of flexibility set but actually put this flexibility into practice is sometimes an issue.

Dear Sir/Madam
I have worked for +15 at Deloitte and have experience a lot. I have learnt : Working independently Working without supervision Work within the people Deloitte way, where you assist others with their tasks experience working with different cultural people Putting myself at other people's shoes Not to take anything Personal Having open conversation with others.

Exposure
I have a B-Tech Degree in Financial Information Systems and I am currently studying towards my Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Accounting with UNISA. I have at least 9 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, 3 international and 6 local. I was based in Morocco and Tanzania for one year and six months respectively. Previously I was working for Nokia as a Senior Project Finance & Control, overseeing 8 African counties: (Burundi, Mozambique, Tanzania, Cameroon, Senegal, Mali, Guinee Bissau and Sierra Leon). Currently I am working Deloitte as a Master data Management Manager in (Finance), overseeing Master Data across Africa, for all member firms (South Africa; East and West Africa as well as Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, Namibia, Botswana and Mozambique). Currently I have 7 Staff reporting directly to me

Excellent Team Leader
As a Team Leader at Deloitte I have many employees under me that I need to pay great detail too as well as attend to my own work and duties as a senior. The balance between working as an individual and a team has taught me how to have a balance with my own work and the work of my team but ultimately getting the work done by the expected due dates and working extremely hard to process excellent service and work that speaks to my Director and makes the name of the Company good.
Pros: Work well under pressure and get the job done
Cons: Long hours but very hard on myself on achieving great success
