Excellent Team Leader

As a Team Leader at Deloitte I have many employees under me that I need to pay great detail too as well as attend to my own work and duties as a senior. The balance between working as an individual and a team has taught me how to have a balance with my own work and the work of my team but ultimately getting the work done by the expected due dates and working extremely hard to process excellent service and work that speaks to my Director and makes the name of the Company good.

Pros: Work well under pressure and get the job done
Cons: Long hours but very hard on myself on achieving great success

Junior Consultant at Deloitte

My typical work dat consists of reading emails and actioning requests from our Global teams. I have a good relationship with my co-workers and we all get along great. I have learnt how to be apart of a global team and how to manage expectations accordingly. I mostly enjoy the global interactions and relationships that I am building. The most challenging part of the job would the tight deadlines and timezone differences the job has

Excellent exposure to global practices.

Extraordinary and consistently productive. Daily deliverables measured against personal standards of success. Relationship with colleagues professional & positive. Work with diverse stakeholders across the globe and best practices. Challenge is working 13 - 15 hours daily

Good Day I work for a company that deals with virtual Product my experience with them is good, I learned lot of things more in Finance. I had a good relationship with my co-workers, our seniors tret us well and push us to learn as much as we can.

The culture is very good with respect for others and open to new things.

No work life balance The are long working hours and no pay for overtime. A challenge when it comes to personal time. A good capture based environment with open minded people. The team ms are very small to none.

Very much exciting and challenging learning curve

Solving user issues when one of the system is down. Handling the call center and the walk-in center during the new employees joining. I am very easy to adapt to a new environment and making a good relationship with my fellow colleagues and people that im helping. One thing i have learned is being patient and knowing how to solve an issue in a calm manner. Quitting is not a solution.
