Speaking to friendly and humble people and assisiting as much as I can.

A typical work day includes speaking to different customers. I have a great relationship with all my co-workers as ll of them like and accepted me. I have learnt to be patient and how to use various systems. I enjoy my lunch time and break time where I can speak and communicate with my co-workers. I have not experienced any challenges at yet.

Cons: Working hours, no growth, bad working enviroment.

Great experience

Answer incoming calls.Learned how to communicate and build rapport with customers and provide information or solutions to any problems or inquiries from the customer about the network or service. Learned how to work in a team for better results ,provide assistance for other team members and exceed customer expectations by providing good customer Service.

Personal growth and experience

-Working at this company is great mostly when it comes to it being the biggest contact centre in Durban. there is growth as there is a stepup programme, this programme deals with employees who have more than six month experience in the company this enables you to apply for any senior position available, however there are tests,training and interviews that one goes through in order to be the right candidate for the job. -A typical work day is everyday doing the same thing over and over again is exhausting, as i love to challenge myself do different things and see where my strength lies -What i've learnt is to communicate effeciently with our clients and customers from overseas, i can also say my computer skills have developed -My relationship with co-workers is great as i get along with everyone, we learn and teach each other new things everyday. Work related or personal, but we in it to grow and develop into better case managers and individuals.

Pros: there is a step up programme which one can apply for when u have been with the company for 6 months upwards, great attendance and have encountered no warnings in the time you have been in the company.
Cons: the hours are too much when you earn that much, 10 hours for 4000 is not reasonable at all

Learning experience,

I have learnt how to work with different people, adaptable to any situation as things change anytime with growing industry. It has helped me grow from an agent to the Leader I am today. However I am looking for something where I can get a provident fund and other benefits.

Pros: Room for growth and promotions
Cons: Working long hours and holidays.

Learning curve

I am a 25 year old lady who is target driven and eager to learn. I aim to please and dedicate myself in all levels. I have the required experience as I have worked in a sales environment for over a year. I am available as soon possible for the post. I look forward to a favourable response.

Terrible working hours

There are too many people and less opportunities for growth for certain types of people..... Preferences is given to certain races and the working hours are not suitable for a person who has other dreams apart from being a call center agent

Excellent employee

Currently managing a team of managers that are responsible for 91 employees and we pride ourselves in staff engagement above all. Living the companies four pillars and bringing them to life in our everyday working lives is what most of my team catch ups are made up. The pillars are #OnefamilyOneDream #PerformanceThroughPeople #WantToWorkNotNeedToWork #PartnershipOfChoice. I have an amazing relationship with my peers, director, direct reports and frontline staff. I've learnt everything I know from my current employer in terms of business accumen, sales management at a senior level and loads more. I enjoy working as a team and achieivng goals together. I dont have any challenges aspects of my job as I have learnt to identify opportunities and work on self develooment

Cons: No benefits i.e. Provident fund etc

Good learning experience

Hectic hours and salary is pathetic and work environment is shoking Learders are loud and dont treat others with respect they swear and call agents name

Excellent learning curve

An amazing experience. The managers sometimes give agents a hard time and you have to sacrifice a lot of your personal needs to accomodate the long shifts and sudden changes. Other than that it is a good working environment and the fellow colleagues (agents) are welcoming and friendly

Excellent learning curve

CCI taught me how to work under pressure.Dealing with queries of customers difficult customers i always made sure that each and every customer is happy after the call.Had to keep up with every customer because after the call there was always another call.Being humbled at all times paid off.
