I have worked well with my previous team manager The company has helped me gain so much experience in the sales industry and just how easy it is to convince a customer to buy your product.s and team members.

Excellent working experience.

Excellent working experience. The people I work with are team players ,including the management. I have learned to work with people and understand their problems and solve them to the best of my ability. Some of the problems I encountered were,because I was working for an American campaign/company, some customers complained about not hearing my accent and would therefore tend to be rude. However, with the experience I have now, I was able to do my job properly and thoroughly.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotions
Cons: Doing a job for 6 different departments and get a basic salary equivalent to a non multi-skilled agent

Good company to work in, great opportunity to further develop and grow. Great place to build good relationships. Working hours are good but salary is not great. Do more for less pay. No commission or incentive.

Made me a better person

I had a great time with my co-workers and my manager treated me well and I’ve thanked him for making me become a better agent. I too want to become an manager and groom agents to have better customer service.but it was time to leave through personal reasons. But I want your company to know that I’ll make sure I’ll bring in the best customer service ever.

Learning curve

It was a lovely and interesting learning curve. I got to learn and understand the industry which allowed to me to get a foot in the door. From there it was about personal growth and the better myself within the industry. I got exposed to International clients which was an incredible experience.

Good start up place to get customer service skills since they have a good training environment.

There potential growth within the company. Good place to develop your customer service skills. Dealing with difficult customer needs patience that's the most challenging part.

Pros: Potential of growth is there. Working hours are hectic. It's 50hrs a week and not 45hrs as like other companies. Their 45hrs excludes lunch and breaks.
Cons: No growth
