Good experience

Good learning experience but theres no opportunity to grow with limited promotions. People are not promoted on their work or what they have done but more on who has worked there longer regardless if they are even good or bad at their current position.

Excellent learning experience

I am a very hardworking, honest and reliable individual who is not afraid of a challenge. I strive to be an asset to my employer. I am a very dedicated and loyal employee who strives to ensure that my employer is not disappointed with the output as well as quality of my work. My aim in life is to always make sure that what I do will be done to the best of my ability.

Working at Call Center

Working at Call Center is fantastic because there are no heavy objects to pick up all needed is the skill and talent. It is even much easier to deal with daily goals since we work as a team towards meeting the KPIs (targets). I have learned to be patient and not understanding the customers' situation and then after offer help. The key is to listen and multitasking and that's what I have gained as a skill in working at the call center. Last year the most challenging thing is to assist an Irate customer where by you really been to understand the reason they are Irate and this can be solved by paying attention, showing empathy and offering assistance.

Pros: Always given an opportunity for Step up (senior level opportunities)
Cons: Small over time while expecting working more hours

A review of the cci environment

ATfA typica typical work day includes taking about plus minus 30 calls interacting with customers 95% of the time.the setup is of a typical team leader and agents setup. my co-workers and i get along very well we keep the energy flowing in and amongst ourselves. i have learnt a bit about how the internet works and troubleshooting techniques for services that are not working. the thing i enjoy the most would be interacting with genuine people and learning something from them and also with that helping a customer solving a problem gives me great satisfaction. The most challenging aspect would b the difficult customers.al work day

Pros: the pros are that there is allot of support with regards to collueges and that makes the job fun.
Cons: long hours at work and customers can have a negative effect on your day

Excellent learning curve

Every company has its own pros and cons but what I can say is that what I told myself I wanted to achieve I did achieve it. So all in all it depends on you weather you self disciplined or not.

Poor management

NoPpor communication skills Poor Management I don't think the Operation managers have matric Nonsense workplace No reward for your hard work Their services are rubbish, customers are always complaining about the rubbish services We keep apologizing for the rubbish services they are proving Now we are required to keep a positive 5 nos in order to get the incentive If you get sick you don't get it

Excellent learning curve

My experience with the company was very helpful gained excellent knowledge and excellent communication skills although it was not enough salary the environment was a fun place to work in

Lack of transformation

Poor treatment of employees, no regard for human rights.. Management does little to protect employees from harassment and do not respect the employees.

Working hours

at CCI they gave me financial stability and experience plus I was also able to provide for my family as well he environment was great to work at managers were great problem was with lunch breaks n long working hours to it was a great place to work at but due to family responsibilities I had to resign and now am really to face the world again and be able to provide for my family
