well my relationship with my co-workers was good i respected them as much as they respected had fun when but work be done in that process as well always meet target at times..every one in the floor i respected because i had good manners but when work needs to be done it has to be done..i was drivin did what was suppose to be done ,being punctual being positive that keeps you going , what ive learnt from my company is that if you do good you aim high if you dont do good you take baby steps and aim high and being positive that what ive learnt cause in lyf we learn from our impection to be perfect..i enjoyed when we get incentives fr our archievemnt, the most changelles ive ever faced is when 1 AUTRAILIAN customer couldnt understand my accent because they always say south Africans has strong accent however i got to the bottom of the situation.. and that about it i guess..

Good communication skill. Basic empathy and advanced empathy skills

I am a self motivated and welf driven person. Who enjoys creating a warm environment for people around me. I am hard working and excell in everything I do. The best aspect about my current job is the relaxed and warm environment. There is togetherness and we all enjoy working in a warm environment. What I have learnt about my job is that you get better by communicating with the people around you.

Pros: As I really work hard in what I do. I have recently become a top agent. This has opened more doors for me as I have been recogniaef by my managers
Cons: The issue with my current job is that we have to help 3 customers at the same time.

Excellent learning curve

I currently manage 155 advisors with 12 Team Leaders on one campaign and 30 agents with 3 Team Leaders on a seperate campaign. My designation depends on me liasing between the outsourced partner and my employer and staff under my umbrella. Regards,

Fast learner

A typical day at the office means I am on my toes Never complacent Always motivating my team to do better and disciplining those that are stepping out of line At the moment having a good balanced relationship is hard to achieve with co workers however I have managed to reach that level of acknowledgement on how to separate business from friends I have learnt never to be complacent and always looks for challenges I enjoy the engagement and being able to.share my knowledge and skills to others

Excellent learning curve, I've learned more than I ever thought I would of learned about people.

The company on a whole is good, however with the right management it could be better. People feel over worked and under paid, you need to keep your employees happy if you don't want them to leave.

Pros: In the beginning there opportunity for growth was limitless, or at least that's what it seemed like

Different experience with UK customers.

Customers call for contracts upgrades, cancellations, re contracts or queries. We document every call and all actions and conversation. We use different systems to do changes and sales on our pc's. Every customer must recieve a great customer experience thus is how we recieve our commission based on the quality of our calls, attendance and adhering to score card on system. We have a great work relationship with our team manager and colleagues and have built a very close bond. The most challenging part of the job are the hours and them not corresponding with the pay. But as challenging as the job can be its a great learning curve and you learn alot everyday.

Pros: There is a step up program for growth and you work for incentives and commission.
Cons: Hours are too long and salary

Cons: 11 hour shifts which your breaks are not paid for at all

Excelent learning good experince working for an aAustrailain Company

it is very hard firstly because of the Australian hours that we work and secondly my issue because of the Australian times it a small hassle for transport for me because I have to be at work 3 hours before my shift I leave for work 5 hours before my shift and work 10 hours and sleep like 4 to 5 hours per day but still a good experience.

Pros: Great oppourtunity introduction to new oppourtunites
Cons: long hours where a issue plus Austrialian hours where harder

Excellent lerning curve

i learnt to work variety shifts, working with the team.i know how to handle irrate customer,advise customer on how to load airtime, advise sub on what happened to their airtime. teaching customer about mtn products n new promotion
