At the company I worked at CCI I learnt how to reconsult with clients and making them happy at the end of the day I worked with friendly people my team leader was a very nice person always willing to help

Call center certificate and Ms Office

It's a vibrant environment with good management support. Co workers works as a team. Outstanding performance worker's get incentives, gifts etc. QA worked hand in hand with agents.

Excellent learning curve

My relationship with my colleagues was good never experienced any problems. I've learned a lot in engaging with others e.g race,age group, religion. was once recognized as one of the top performer I enjoyed working with my team because each an every employee was given a chance to prove myself on performance as well as to keep track of your target and your KPI's as an individual. The most challenging expect was to work long shift including weekend's and marathon which makes it harder to even get time to attend some of your personal needs. E.g assignments as I am studying part time

Excellent learning experience

Some days are stressful as management demands for their statistics. The hours are long but most colleagues are easy to work with. I enjoyed some of the benefits the most and I have learnt how to adapt to another persons level of understanding. The most challenging part is meeting the targets and working the long hours .

It's a great company but they do not consider employees needs.

Well it's a great working environment but the team leaders are not supportive and not understanding, have favoritism. Being denied of leave days when you have serious meters. I enjoy working there but my manager makes me want to quit the job because of his behavior towards his team and I feel like our voices are not being heard. I have learnt to be patient with customers, learnt how to listen to customers. The most challenging part of the job is dealing with rude and prank calls none the less its a graat experience.

It has been long journey

it has been a long journey it feels. it is challenging and pushes you to work hard and smart and be in control with your self. i have learnt that i work good with other people coming from different backgrounds and culture. the challenging part has been the time where they change your supervisor,but out of work environment i have learnt to not hold on things of the past but always looking forward and trying new things

Growth opportunities

I have been always looking forward to start my day at work, as the working inveronment, and culture, is easy to adopt, friendly and more learning opportunities provided. We are customers orientation, which that enable each individual to meet and exceed customers expectations. We work more as a team to deliver good busses results. The company has many achievements and recognition as being the best communication service provider network.

Growth within the company

Yes there us growth with the company driven by performance my relation with co-workers was excellent people I am a very friendly person but who is also result oriented mean I strive for the best results. I enjoy the daily challenges and opportunities
