GREAT CHALLENGES EXPERIENCE

everyday is an amazing day to learn new things as i face different challenges everyday and we always work at a team to achieve targets and to give customers best customer service regardless of of our differences,the most challenging aspect about my job is to help a customer that is Irate,it is very frustrating and it makes it hard to assist such customers

Exellent

It's a good place to start however if you are looking to grow as a professional you need a good salary and I need that because my expenses need to be match with my salary. My work environment is great and I work well with others. There's Is no I In team work and that's what drives me

Starting career point

You get different kind of people but mostly great people just poor management not fully qualified for managerial positions. For you to get promotions you need to know the big guys of the business or be sleeping with someone that holds a higher position that way you will be successful within the few months you joined the business

It has been a good way to learn work ethics and how to work with customers

For my in-service training i worked at Mercedes Benz Pinetown in 2017 and as one of the leading motor companies in the globe i was able to get the very much needed knowledge, work behavior and just work ethics in total in which i really do believe this opportunity is all i need to make my mark on  the company and contribute productively. In my position as a Customer service advisor for CCI  i worked very hard and was able to gain very much needed experience when dealing with customers or a customer based environment, currently I am on the top 3 best advisers of the month due to my outstanding performance.

Love new oppertunity and acting on it

I have been in the call centre industry just under 5years , started as a Call centre agent for the duration on 8months became the first subject matter expert in my field and start training others . Became a Team leader where I started managing teams and agents upskilling and educating agent to maximize Targets and achievements .In the time I have climbed rank and became acting campaign manager with operation manager certificates . I have a excellent relationship with co-workers as I love meeting new people. I'm always open to listening and assist where I can to the best of my ability . The most challenging aspect I faced at work . was managing a campaign while being a assistant Campaign manager as well as a team leader with 14 agents. It was challenging but it has never been more exciting as I got to new this and learn so much more. I love assisting clients as well as troubleshoot always pushing myself to learn more. Good build up to communication skills

It’s a very challenging job as it requires to change mindset of an individual in terms of convincing them to take a product especially over the phone. One gets to interact with different personalities on a daily basis and that’s the fun part because you learn alot

Cons: The hours are long and targets sometimes high
