Excellent learning curve

It's is a great environment with great management.my co worked are also great bunch of people very friendly and learnt lots from them work wise regarding claims n to be professional.enjoyed every single moment there,the only challenge I had was night shift in the beginning was not used to it but as time went I go used to it

Great opportunity

I have been a active citizen buy gaining knowledge in different conducive environments..i have been playing a huge role in eradicating poverty by being the majority that wants to do good in life and change lives..educationally i have gained knowledge through skills ...i am a very determined and a down to earth person..

Excellent learning experience

Long working hours Co-workingers are fun and active I’ve learnt a lot about call centres and being an agent I’ve enjoyed working with the people I’ve been working with until COVID 19 happened The challenge I’ve face was the working hours

Co-workers are awesome however, the management Work overload and the amount paid does not correspond and so there’d be issue regarding payment of overtime

Great communication skills and working long hours

I enjoyed the challenging aspects of solving customer complaints
