Basic learning curve

I started working SSS as stock controller & assisting customers for 2years I was still in high school, worked with bread basket for 1year as a professional baker. Worked with MasterCurrency foreign exchange for 2 years at OR Tambo international air-port then transferred to Bidvest bank worked for a period of 4 years I’m currently working at Bayport Financial service, I started working at the branch as a mobile sales agent with no leads to depend on, I had to go to the field & bring business for the company I was signing my own cheque. I wanted to grow myself with in the company then, I applied for call centre QA analyst at head office, I have grown myself in a QA department & I have been recognised by HOD call centre. I’m the only call centre QA who evaluate calls & applied documents others they only evaluate calls.

Excellent

Processing the loans and to make sure that clients are satisfied,recruiting sales agents and retain them to make sure that they are doing a proper marketing. Capturing client information and I'm doing all administration duties.

Excellent learning curve

It is a great place to work especilall if your still from school and need experience and growth. You learn on how to work in teams with different departments and liase with clients.

Opportunity to move into the space I enjoy.

Excellent organization. High attritional rate though. Strong call Centre morals and values, good management team. Innovative in terms of alternative products. Strong policies in place, stringent performance analysis. Lacks in terms of training and processes thereof.

I have an ability to work with any department within my company and I am quick learner

I am a very committed person when it comes to my work, I always treat my clients with perfect performance with good out they are the ones who always put smille in my face because when I see them happy that makes me happy too so I am the best when it comes to this field. Thank you

Pros: I am looking forward in my life to be a great leader like managing the whole company
Cons: I like to put my job first because is the one that put food on my table so if it means that I must knock off late, I will do so because my job comes first

Excellent working curve

I have learnt a lot of things I was able to do everything that the company do from low management to top management. a was able recruit new agents because I was the second in charge at that branch.

Good character,listening and learning

• Filling and mailing of admin duties • General queries on Summons • drafting summons, phoning clients for payment arrangement • Capturing Clients Reference after making PTP • phoning attorneys for payment arrangement on behalf of the client, • Customer services and query escalation to the management • Day to Day handling of telephonic calls as escalated • solving queries from court, prepping documents

Excellent learning curve

I enjoy working at Bayport Financial Services, its such a learning curve dealing with different clients and also learn to overcome the objections. I enjoy most the experience also challenging part is the commission salary.

I have now grown to be a much matured person Financially, Mentally and Physically.

Strategies in business are very much important, especially if its a Target Led Company. Which is why I have also grown as an individual in all senses because this kind of business does deal with different aspects on a daily basis that requires one to open their mind and have different views in their way of thinking. I am now an excellent worker under pressure due to the different company experiences all the years.And even though Engineering is my original field of study, I am loving the Business side of things in retail.
