Excellent point

Great experience when coming to computer literacy. Iam very comfortable of helping people and very patient. Teamwork is my best view when working with other people.

Excellent learning curve

Bayport Financial Services is a company of 15 to 50 employees in one branch. My Kimberly branch was fun and because there were long working hours I just knew I have to have a family away from my family. For such a big company with alot of employees team work was essential. Good work is recognized, and beginners are alway motivated. Workshops are being conducted for both new and existing employees, we never get tired of learning and developing agents and permanent staff. Bayport believes that product knowledge is the key, always be aware of the threats and opportunities of your business and we learn how to work smart. We practice professionalism (even agents), we maintain Bayport clients. You get to be flexible, you can travel to market at different places in South Africa and still be at work away from the office. Our biggest challenge is the criteria for loan approval. Just like any bank, not anyone qualifies for a loan. Otherwise being a Bayport'ee is FUN.

great people to work with, you definitely feel at home. There are many growth opportunities within the organization. the structure of the organization will expose you to different aspects of the business and you will be challenged There is just lack of direction from leadership.

Good learning area

A great working enviroment and the collegues are there for each other if you ever need help. Most of the time we share Ideas in our meetings and strategy to reach the monthly target and each person target. i enjoy working with different people because im gaining more experience when sharing ideas. It wasnt easy to get clients but im always up for a challenge.

Good knowledge and informative

Great necessary pressure and working well as a team player. High fast working environment and be willing to work very well under pressure. The punctuality is of high important as it is a target driven environment. To work for yourself and be able to assist assist other subordinates around you.

Excellent learning curve

It's very exciting working for Bayport you get to meet new people everyday, new challenges everyday work its fun I make my commission everyday threw client base. Due to my hard work, good customer skills, good client services and having a good relationship with staff. I learnt that customer services it's a key in good sales, what I enjoyed most is handling customers who need help,
