I will love to get another job earning a little more that i earn now
It is a great experience working at Bayport; I have learned so much since I have worked with bayport most of all I've learned to work under pressure and work with all types of people in good and in bad times; But I think its time for change as my salary can not afford my needs as this moment.

I have now grown to be a much matured person Financially, Mentally and Physically.
Strategies in business are very much important, especially if its a Target Led Company. Which is why I have also grown as an individual in all senses because this kind of business does deal with different aspects on a daily basis that requires one to open their mind and have different views in their way of thinking. I am now an excellent worker under pressure due to the different company experiences all the years.And even though Engineering is my original field of study, I am loving the Business side of things in retail.

Excellent success record
A typical work day consists of sales pressure, everyone well driven by set targets with an intention to add value to the team's success. Great relationship with my co-workers. I had an opportunity to learn that, your team as a manager is as good as your management style is. Your people are a true reflection of their manager. I enjoy the pressure of targets, and deadlines.

Excellent skills development
This industry has taught me a lot about sales and marketing and the different ways to sell your services or products to the various types of people. I've also learnt a lot of organisation skills in order to keep track with my clients to upsell to them in future. The working environment is normal with the usual office politics that goes on but I believe that they do not value the agents enough because it's commission based salary only which is not fair because we have to do our own marketing and use our own resources. This is also the most challenging aspect of the job. The experience you gain is great tho this would be fine for interns.

Willing to learn and good listening skills
What I most enjoy is seeing new people each every day ,people with different characters and different problems what I really love about my job is that I am able to help them ,some come in very angry but they leave with a smile on they faces than I know I have done my job
