Excellent, growing company, learning more within the branch.

My name is Lerato legodi and am 30years old I will like to join the company /branch to learn more things and growing with it. Bayport it's a growing company branch it helps with your skills to gain more experiences in your company and branches. It helps you to know how to stand up your self, it helps with motivation, set up your goals.

Excellent learning curve

It's very exciting working for Bayport you get to meet new people everyday, new challenges everyday work its fun I make my commission everyday threw client base. Due to my hard work, good customer skills, good client services and having a good relationship with staff. I learnt that customer services it's a key in good sales, what I enjoyed most is handling customers who need help,

Sales and data caputering

We are doing direct and telefonical sales offering people loans. We also do marketing where we go out advertising our company to people that are not aware with our company. We are also doing data caputering of the clients infomation.

Learning curve

I'm honest and self motivated and hard working person I can handle a conflict I can also work as a team leader I've learnt a lot about the previous company a change will be nice to gain more experience I enjoy being a sales person because I'm talkative and I can be able to talk to clients very nicely and comely.

Excellent learning curve

Am working from Monday to Saturday well it also good. Dealing with client service sometimes it challenging in a good way, it need you to be patience and love your work I enjoy giving the best to the clients

Excellent learning and gained too much experience about other industry working.

Its was a great opportunity to have the answers about my future, the environment was much good, and management as a whole branch was profational, timing and hourly day working was covering everyone, mostly that I loved its the managers was keep on encourage co- workers to work as one team, I gained lot of skills and working experience.

A good place if you're fresh out of school but willing to further your studies also

An okay place when you are starting fresh but also if you have aspirations of not staying at one place for a long time I've learnt that people are not the same and that work and social things don't mix its better to keep things professional with that said time spent with my colleagues has been both satisfying and challenging

Great working experience and exposure to the as400 and webservices.

Bayport has a diverse and dedicated employees throughout the different sectors in the business. We all coordinate well with one another and have a clear flow when changes are required. A typical day is high intensity job where things need to be done to ensure that the company is running smoothly. I learnt to work well in teams and firm good relations with clients.

Pros: Diverse and challenging environment to bring out your best.
Cons: Level of clients. Tough market to be in the loan industry
