I really had a beautiful time working the just that they is no basic salary so that the problem but I did enjoy working with people and it taught me how to deal with customers and how to understand them and also people so I feel that I have grown and am ready for a new challenge

Great Excellent curve
I am a self motivated lady willing to work hard by putting extra effort. I have leadership qualities and I can work well with other people as a discipline with a great interpersonal and communication skill. I have ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, deliver customer services and achieve sales results required, know, accept and follow policies, procedures, and performing my duties in accordance with law, act all time displaying honesty and integrity where such I provide services in a condition of employment fully and fair compiled.
Pros: succeed in making my target during time month by month and i enjoy getting to know customers and what their likes and dislikes are so, that i can recommend various product for them. I have a keen interest in sales and kneel that i would do well in this role that you have advertised.

Good experience learned
I worked +-9 hours a day and depends on how much work we got to do, and had mutual relationship with my colleagues because we covered each other if it has to, or if had too much work to do given a time frame. So that also made me work under pressure so it builds my working skills. And it also made us work as a team and I enjoyed working as a team because you come up with different ideas.what I enjoyed the most at work is is you get rewarded if you reach your target. As I mostly did my targets and it gave me a good reputation. The most challenging moment is when each of us is given a task to finish off during a given time. And it was a challenging for me because the time we had was not enough to hand in our task.
Pros: We got promoted to a particular department if you reach your target and a good customer service.

Excellent
Processing the loans and to make sure that clients are satisfied,recruiting sales agents and retain them to make sure that they are doing a proper marketing. Capturing client information and I'm doing all administration duties.

Dealing with different characters
Marketing needs an hardworking individual who strive on using all the resources available. You must be a person who is talkative when attacking a client you must have answers and also support them. It's not easy for people to trust but it's easy for you to make them to trust you. I've learn a lot in marketing and it also give Me a strength to participate in the activities to my society. It shows me that am not shy,it shows me that I can have my own business one day, because I wasn't believe in business but after I started marketing that's where I see my self one day having my own business and my partners, because marketing is all about partnership not boss and employee.

Good experience
The department I was working for was very nice especially with former co-workers we had a good relationship, and the team leaders thought us to multitask that's what I liked about them to teach us not to dwell on one thing the whole day it was a fun department, but the most challenging thing about my department was when it comes to daily and monthly stats it was demanded even if the business is running slowly, so where you need to work hard and that's where you have to work on other queues to reach your target.

Fast learning person
Working at BAYPORT have made me realized how passionate I am in the sales industry. I like working with clients because I have a good comment skill. I have learnt that working withnpeaople you must be honest, friendly and always smile and respect. The most challenging aspect was to find more clients in order to make extra cash

Excellent learning curve
I interact well with clients,I always meet their needs, give them feedback when needed. My relationship with my coworkers is healthy and professional, we help each other and respect each other. I have learn to be more passionate about my work and very patient with my clients. I have develop much love for my job. I enjoy connecting with clients and meeting customer requirements. The most challenging aspects is giving a client an unexpected feedback,say maybe the client hoped to qualify for a certain amount,only to find out he has too much obligations and can't qualify.
