IT IS A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK TO BECAUSE IF YOU WORK HARD YOU WILL EARN LIKE A KING AND IS CHALLENGING JOB BECAUSE YOU CREATE YOUR OWN SALARY. AND WORKING FOR A COMPANY THAT YOU CAN HAVE A HOUSE, CAR AND INCENTIVES THAT WILL BE HIGHLY THAN OF A MINISTER IN GOVERNMENT.

Cons: GOING OUT TO THE FIELD NOT KNOWING WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN MEETING THE NEW AND EXISTING CLIENTS

Excellent learning curve

I'm a smart worker I learn very fast always willing to work in a team and I'm very punctual so my work is always in order Serving people is my priority so is growing within the company

They were following the are mission and vision, and welcome company.The leadership it was very strong, Its was not very different to speak to them. they were following the policy of the company. And if you were performing you were getting the incentive. If they can give another choice to work for the company again i will go for it. It a company that you will not be ashame to introduce it to someone, They trend the staff good, and hear our complain and anything that we need as the staff. Its a good company.

Enjoing to be a business analyst

To work at Bayport Financial Service has give me so many opportunities of learning, my business Analysis skills, gave me an opportunity to show case my skills when it comes working with other people such as internal and external stakeholders. I had a great understanding with my co-workers and we were able to work together as a team.The most things that I enjoyed while I was an intern at Bayport, I learned new business Analysis tools diagrams such as Data flow and SCRS Techniques to able to apply it on appropriate scenarios. The most challenging aspect of the job is when you draft a client specification requirement document , then at some point the clients add or excluded things that could be needed when implementing is taking place.

Taking charge as a Captain in the my sales division

In my current job,I lead a branch mark of 15 or more as a sales manager.The company comprises of 2 sales units which is led by other sales manager.You are identified by your leadership and your sales driving skills when it comes to successful Sales Managing position,in my position I have to relate proffessionally but also be socialially accommodative to the team to make it a succeful one. -My sales unit is diverse in terms race,age and backgrounds, I leading the team without taking sides and have learnt to giver an equal treatment to all. -The competition that is taking place in the my unit by my sales makes love the job more as it drives every indivual not to relax but work hard to make more money,and it benefits me in terms of my sales targets and incentives -Target,once the pace of the sales becomes slower,I have to put strategies in place to avoid missing target.

Learning Listening Skills

I have a very good relationship with my colleagues, i avoid quarrel and gossip at a work place. I have learnt how to be a hard worker, pressure, handling clients, and also learnt how to educate clients regarding the non payment of accounts and also the benefits of paying. The most thing that i enjoy is a challenge.

I work in a very good environment with friendly people who loves team work and it is always fun. The company I work for it makes you learn new things everyday.
