Taking charge as a Captain in the my sales division
In my current job,I lead a branch mark of 15 or more as a sales manager.The company comprises of 2 sales units which is led by other sales manager.You are identified by your leadership and your sales driving skills when it comes to successful Sales Managing position,in my position I have to relate proffessionally but also be socialially accommodative to the team to make it a succeful one. -My sales unit is diverse in terms race,age and backgrounds, I leading the team without taking sides and have learnt to giver an equal treatment to all. -The competition that is taking place in the my unit by my sales makes love the job more as it drives every indivual not to relax but work hard to make more money,and it benefits me in terms of my sales targets and incentives -Target,once the pace of the sales becomes slower,I have to put strategies in place to avoid missing target.
Pros: Bigger sales more money.And employment growth.
Cons: The industry is economically easily affected

Learning Listening Skills
I have a very good relationship with my colleagues, i avoid quarrel and gossip at a work place. I have learnt how to be a hard worker, pressure, handling clients, and also learnt how to educate clients regarding the non payment of accounts and also the benefits of paying. The most thing that i enjoy is a challenge.

Entry job
Not fair management Lack of proper communication from employers. People are not happy because the salaries are smal.Lack of promotions.Lack of growth.No proper layout of incentives.Just a place of work where one goes to put food on the table but not because you love being there.

Learning new Ncr regulations
Working well under pressure Able to work with a team,Assisting other team members with setswana language when they speak with clients over the phone.i learnt to be patient . I"m enjoying when the executives comes to visit.The most challenging is when it is December and our clients got their salary earlier and we have to call and confirm salary dates

Good
I am a hard worker and I am whiling to take oportunity for a challenge I am always ready for a challenge , I have experience in legal , finance and management .I have skills in Legal Suite,Exuctus, Legal document and BCM .I i can be able to work in any working condition and i am a hard work, i am willing to work hard in order to gain experience and knowledge. In my life, my aim is to work hard and to focus and dedicate my time to job when i am in the working environment.My goal is to achive every goal and I belive everything is possible to achieve

It is a great experience working at Bayport; I have learned so much since I have worked with bayport most of all I've learned to work under pressure and work with all types of people in good and in bad times; But I think its time for change as my salary can not afford my needs as this moment.

Great staff
Team work and everybody is goal driven, most challenging is clients not qualifying for our products due to ITC listing. I learnt the importance of Consistant persistance when doing sales and dealing with customers.

Excellent experience
I really had a beautiful time working the just that they is no basic salary so that the problem but I did enjoy working with people and it taught me how to deal with customers and how to understand them and also people so I feel that I have grown and am ready for a new challenge
