I am a mature, positive and hardworking individual, who always strives to achieve the highest standard possible at any given task. I possess excellent communication skills and have the ability and experience to relate to a wide range of people. I work well under pressure and have sales and marketing experience alongside customer service and the ability to handle customer complaints and problematic situations I have the knowledge and experience in working with irrigation, hardware, outdoor and also experience in cashier/till operator and reception. I have the knowledge and experience in working on Syspro and Embrace programs. I am a punctual and motivated individual who is able to work in a busy environment and produce high standards of work I am flexible, reliable and also work well in a team. I am multilingual have a lot of experience in Afrikaans and English both written and spoken.

I learn so much about the partiality and working with team and the system that I used

Financial company but I'm under legal department I'm drafting summons for clients those who are no longer paying their accounts capture all the references and bay numbers from the system called legal suit. And I to reach my state daily in order to qualify for the incentives I must capture more than my senior expected its a good thing to do hence I learned so much and work great with my team thank you.

σ˜ Can maintain motivation and focus during difficult times.

I’m currently seeking a job where I can grow and succeed, with a great deal of learning opportunities. my typical day at work is getting to work half an hour before my working time, to make sure i plan my day at work e.g tasks that need my urgent attention, working out my work load. my relationship with co-workers is to keep it always professional because we at a working environment. i get along with everybody. I have learnt a lot about administration and how to deal with difficult clients and to be professional when talking on the telephone. and how to handle problems and working under. pressure. what i enjoy most about my job is working on my own but in a team aswell. the most challenging aspects is there is always challenges and some changes to keep me constantly engaged and i enjoy it.

Learning Listening Skills

I have a very good relationship with my colleagues, i avoid quarrel and gossip at a work place. I have learnt how to be a hard worker, pressure, handling clients, and also learnt how to educate clients regarding the non payment of accounts and also the benefits of paying. The most thing that i enjoy is a challenge.

Quick learner

I am currently managing a branch with 3 Office Administrators, 1 Quality Assurer, 5 Sales Managers +/- 120 sales agents and also Second in Command (2IC) AREA MANAGER - managing 5 branches that consist of 5 Branch Managers, 6 Office Administrators, 7 Sales Managers, +/-250 Sales Agents, and 30 Financial Consultants, I am a capable person with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with an innovative approach and proven organisational ability. A professional attitude and willingness to assist are attributes that help to create and maintain an excellent relationship with colleagues and customers.
