Excellent work culture
A typical workday is starting work at 05:30 because I have 2 of my bosses who come in at that time. This give me an opportunity to have catch sessions with the individual bosses to take note of what might be urgently needed from me. I am therefore to distinguish urgent work to submit and important work that I still need to work on. I have a good relationship with my PA colleagues and co-workers, and we are able to back each other when one of us is not around. I have learnt a lot at my current company, and I am privileged enough to be taken to school where I’m currently studying Corporate Governance. Every opportunity I was presented with, I really gave it my all. I really enjoy serving others, communication and mostly I really enjoy being an Executive Assistant to my current 4 Heads of Department. I would like to be involved in the running of the business so as I could have more indepth knowledge of the industry.

Contract Specialist
I have streamline the contract process on my side. Time management is critical as you need to work long hours if you want to see performance. You need to think on your feet everyday as challenges are happening every day and you need to sort it out asap as it could lead to bigger issues

My Journey to significance
Working at Anglo American , has been an amazing journey. excellent work ethics, excellent team structures and the best business improvements in the world. Working with people is the greatest attributes of who I am as a person. I love people, I believe each person has a story, which defines a persons character. which is why I always get to know my team and understand their backgrounds to build our relationships. With the recent tragedy in my life, I learnt that tomorrow is not promised and love like you never loved, make peace with all people and live a true life to yourself and others. I enjoy learning he different process on each site at Anglo American. And I always look forward to learning something new at every process site I attend.

Excellent learning curve
I am assisting the Senior Plant Metallurgist in providing support and metallurgical advice to plant operations to achieve productivity objectives in terms of the following: • Safety, Plant Operations and Cost Control. At Anglo American we work safe so that we are able to go home to our families. We investigate ways in which we can improve on safety, operations and costing on a regular basis. In summary: - Salary is good. - Training is exceptional. - Annual leave days are enough. - Working hours are long.

Excellent learning curve
Proper inspection with task being being assigned to relevant parties to attend to. Having a good relationship and same mission in a department can assist among co-workers My experience in the SHEQ help me to learn to engage with different employees from different position I enjoy when i work around the team that respect other co-workers opinions and suggestion Being a full time safety is challenging as your scope of work is limited and to get employer and employees to comply to safety standard can torn full time safety rrp apart

Good learning curve
oui work at Anglo occupational health care centre. My typical day start at 7 am in the morning and I update the spreadsheet. After I inspect whether all attachments from clients are received
