Excellent working enviroment and training they provide

A typical word day at my current work place is fine although there are days where you feel like you are being treated unfairly but with me being here I have learnt a lot about finance and that working as a team is very important in cooperate industry .I have a good relationship with my co workers and my boss , I enjoy working with my team because they very supportive , challenges I have faced in the work place was inequality and criticism.

Pros: there is oppotunity for growth

I am working for anglo american for the past 15 years and i like new challenges.

My name is Thabo Moreetsi i have been working for Anglo american for the past 15 years. i am a team worker and i can work alone as well. i enjoy new enviroment and new challenges and most importantly learning new things

Pros: i am a hard worker and always reach the deadlines
Cons: i prepare my work a day before and working long hours doesnt work for me hence i plan ahead

Excellent learning cury

I loved working with friendly self-driven teams who inspired others and were not afraid to raise their opinion based on my performance, attitude, personality and preferences because I am always ready to diverse and change for better since this is a learning process. My interest was on cloud computing and services but I was always open to getting involved in development teams, analytics team, even project, research teams or even more challenging opportunities. It was was great pleasure to find my self involved in business value-adding opportunities and I was glad to get back to Robotics Process Automation even though I couldn't get a chance to be involved with Uipath or Blue prism.

ODETDP,Human Resource Management and Occupational Health and Safety

Manage Training and with a team of 15 staff we had a good on boarding process ,communication and planning is the factor of a good training process and I enjoy it to see how people change mind set and develop. The most challenging is to comply with the legal aspects of training.
