Excellent Learning Curve

We currently work shifts and we work as a team. Our relationship is great because we’re all self determined and we don’t point fingers, we just solve problem without pointing fingers. What I’ve learned is is to l l l lead by example and treat each other equal. I enjoy doing my work on time without putting my self under pressure.
